3x a week seems a bit much. You are stripping your skin of the good oils that are protecting your skin. Right now it’s all good and dandy but not so good idea in the long run. Using both mechanical and chemical exfoliators is not good. The sponge itself is an exfoliator. Consistency is the key not the amount. Once a week suffice. Make sure you read the alcohol content in those body spray. The lower the alcohol content the better for your health.
@@princessliann3583 We all don’t have the same skin hon. Just because your skin sensitive to exfoliating, doesn’t mean the next person is. Like me I have resilient skin that can take max exfoliation without damage.

Like I said it’s all dandy now until it’s no more and you won’t be able to reverse it. Exfoliating is good but over exfoliating is bad. Taking more than the prescribed dosage of medication because we want to quickly be cure or feel better can send you to your grave and there is no coming back. I see it everyday in skin of color especially us africans . To each their own anyway

You seem to use a lot of exfoliating products. Your skin never gets red or sensitive?
