The voices and other sounds are nicely balanced and unlike the previous comment (that I can still understand) said, I actually think the "elevator music" is fitting.

Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me the name of the "elevator music" track that you use in the soundtrack. Thanks :)

Just a bit of friendly and positive critique here.
I was so close to using this in an audio drama I I am helping a friend out with. I saw the length, the title, and thought "perfect!" Then I clicked and heard elevator music in the background, and all the voices in mono. Mate, if you want to create a good relaxing soundscape, here are 3 simple steps I'd do to improve this:
    1. make a stereo recording. Never ever ever use mono for anything at all.
    2. scrap all BG music. Remember that in a soundscape meant to be relaxing, that generic Brazilian elevator music is always always always a no no.
    3. make sure that all sounds are from a background POV, as in do not have any close-up perspective sounds.
This is so close to being perfect I can smell it, but the mono sound and the Brazilian elevator music just murder the effect. The idea is great, the length is good, but the way it was executed here just doesn't work.
    Sorry.
