my first experience in getting tingles is years ago when the virtual barbershop first came out. i can't even describe how many tingles im getting from this one! asmr really has come far. i really love this!

Hello! Hair wash starts right at the beginning. It lasts about 6 minutes. Also It can be heard for 6 random times throughout the video: At about 13:00, 36:22; 49:50, 1:00:20, 1:26:05 and 1:54:25. Cutting, brushing and washing are all full processes, but they are not isolated, because this video has two clients at the same time, and also other background sounds😊 I could make them into short and separate cutting, washing, brushing videos if people would like them though😊
I am an audio drama and ASMR enthusiest, so I am quite criticial of things, but I always try to be friendly, so here it goes. This is okay, but just a little helpful criticism is in order here. I'd lose the CU perspective elements. If you're going for an ambiance type thing, then CU perspective is never a good idea. I Think of ambiance like the background portion of something, such as an ASMR roleplay. If I was to produce one and have someone do voice acting, I'd add my own CU perspective scissors and close-up foley sounds to go along with the voice actor. Or maybe the ASMRtist would add her own CU perspective sounds with her own scissors and body movements. In other words, I'd move all the scissors away from the CU perspective, and have them in the farther perspective. Also I'd lose anything that was mixed in mono, because it ruins the atmosphere, E.G. how the crowd seams to always have all people in the centre. It sounds like you did a mono recording of a barbershop then mixed in Cu perspective foley and scissor sounds with tem slightly being panned on one or the other side. Perhaps a better option would be to go back to that same shop where you did the recording, but with a stereo mic instead of a mino mic. It is next to impossible to turn a mono ambient recording into stereo, it'd take audio editing skills that not even Dirk Maggs himself could accomplish. So in future what I'd do, is if you record the crowd separately, do it in stereo, then do the sink and water sounds, choose where you want each one to go in the POV, then do the scissors and foley sounds, I'd say make it sound like another person is having their hair done in a nearby chair, but not too close, to give the illusion of a busy hair salon. Do not add any music, let the ASMRtist or audio drama producer take care of that themselves. Then use audacity's reverb plug-ins and set it to sound realistic by adjusting it, and there you go. Though if you don't want the hassle of all that, just take a stereo mic to a barbershop and record that. Just make sure that the place doesn't already have music playing, and also make sure that the recording is placed somehwere that it can capture all the sounds efficiently but is not in danger of CU perspective sounds. Remember, all the close-up stuff is up to the person that uses your ambience for an ASMR video, an audio drama or a movie. Hope this helps.
