Absolutely ❤love this video. I go to a church where we have a leader who is very harsh, critical and shaming. I was told to feel better just read the Bible night and day. That advice without any thought to how my body needed sleep postpartum as a mom of a 2 year old working 50 hours a week, with no sleep, wasn’t helpful, because then I slept even less! I love that you focus on sleep, how to have a positive out look and the reality of what it’s like with little kids.
Recent research came out saying talking to your body parts that are acting in a cheerful positive way can be healing. It made my stop saying my stomach is killing me when I have an upset stomach.
