Love your sense of humor! I never thought I’d watch a 5 minute instructional on how to tie a knot I can already tie, which I never wear, for a body type that I don’t have... Yet I relished every moment of it! Looking forward to more of your sartorial shenanigans!
Awesome!! I used to love a windsor knot when i was a size 40, but gave it up (along with most of my fashion) when i gained weight. Your page is an inspiration, proving that I am not just regated to hawaiian shirts (although I do love them!). Thanks for the content!!
As I said before when I watched your 'tutorial' on the Nicky knot, you make tying a tie informative and humorous. Well done; like you, I never feel dressed without a tie. Best wishes, once again from Scotland. Gordon
Hi Dan, I've been looking at some photos of a dapper sartorialist, and I have to say that I enjoy the humorous captions you have given to each one... keep up the good work. Best wishes (once again) from Scotland. Gordon Taylor
Sir, Thank you for the terrific video. You certainly put the capital "D" in Dapper. How about another video highlighting your seemingly vast array of suits, ties, shoes etc. Perhaps an explanation of the color combinations or simply a display of your fabulous sense of style. This could include video presentation of the wardrobe with still photos of you wearing the various attire. Thanks again for keeping the well dressed Gentleman look alive.👔
I start with the skinny end only down to the second button of the shirt and all the rest of the tie hanging over on the fat side. it is tough to tie the tie and the skinny side will be to short to use a tie bar but it will reach your belt buckle. you can use double sided tape to keep it behind the big side and put the tie bar were it should be for astetics only.
Good video my friend. I too am a biggun. I have what I lovingly call my brahma bull neck. I'll be 60 in a month, but I have always been big, after my first meal. 6 lbs 2 oz at birth. Anyway, to make this short, I have started using zipper ties. I know it's immoral, kinda phony, and yes, sometimes, I can't keep it zipped, even the tie. To get the large knot, you may have to shop around. I didn't even know they existed, until my son got married, and I had to wear a tux. They had zipper bow ties and neckties. If you haven't, give em a try. .

Good job. Commented on your FB recently and got inundated with crazy spam messages from bots/scammers.
