Dang that’s a hard one. If you are tight on time, you can stay in Osaka and do day trips to kyoto. Depends if you’ve ever been to japan before but I guess one week in Tokyo and another week for Osaka/kyoto is good to start!

I refuse to do the mask hygiene theatre next time I go to Japan. I gladly follow all the social etiquette, the laws of the land etc wherever I go in the world but I draw the line at brainless, truly destructive perpetual dust mask wearing all day and night long when I leave the house. It's a dreadful thing for humans to still be doing in any part of the world right now. What is happening to this species?! Stuck behind their anti-social face curtains and staring at their phones. There is no reason to wear masks like this anymore. I'm so pleased that a) you guys refuse to for the most part and b) that this video is over half a year old. The most preposterous thing I still see is Perspex screens, silly post-office style A3 sheets plonked in the middle of tables in cafes and restaurants separating the diners on either side of the table. It's...how is that scientifically sound and necessary in 2023?! Don't these places have air circulation? It's absurd and feels mentally upsetting to be around. Covid is OVAH people. Be clean and considerate and that's that. Time to live normally and stop with the hysteria and virtue signalling. Sorry for the rant but I'm tired of seeing people too weak of character to say something about this when it comes to vlogging channels; most people agree but are too chicken to say something publicly, it's cringe-inducing for common sense to be controversial at this stage of the game.
