Haooo, It looks like the 2019 Asus Tuf class, the fan speed is very fast and at the maximum speed, but that's normal for me and has no effect at all. I often use turbo fan speed when playing games :D

Why does my FX505DT laptop sometimes experience stuttering, intermittently within certain intervals? Even though the settings I'm using are the same as yours, do you use a cooling pad or something similar?

I can't be absolutely sure if your laptop is broken or having issues with its internal hardware, but can offer some adviceTry cleaning the cooling system in your laptop, especially the fanand gradually clean itAlso, consider replacing your old thermal paste with a new one.
You can also tweak your settings to manage background applications more effectively, which can reduce the workload when you're gaming.
If you don't have cooling pad for your laptop, usinh a laptop stand to improve airflow can also help.
