Maybe it's reaching the people he wants in the format he wants. This is available to everyone on YT. It's not available to everyone on a site or channel that's not free. Everyone can view this from where they are. One doesn't have to travel to see this.

Art is one of my majors having 5 years of it because it excites me all the time. I was sad when he mentioned the children of today's times not having certain dexterity in their hands for clay and other types of art. He implied that they are changing towards futuristic movements, but that reminds me of I-robots. Scary! I think to appreciate life respect and value it we need to get back to basics and get our heads away from the screens and actually take time to smell the roses and feel the sand between our toes. Thanks for showing this angle of how the human response is changing. 🤔🖥🖌

To people saying Jared should have sold this series to Netflix...i don’t think he did this with money or mass recognition or “views” in mind. He’s an artist, a creator, his purpose is to birth to mold things out of nothing, he made this incredibly inspiring series. Do what thou wilt with it.

Most people don't watch netflix or regular televisión. So actors need RUclips to be seen. Some youtuber are more popular than movie actors, they just don't get the easy money

This series reminds me a lot of the movie "Mr. Nobody". A brilliant movie starring Jared Leto.... the Movie is very philosophical, similar to these topics in this Series. Lot about the right decision making

And following the conversation, in my opinion, some tools are more fundamental than others, if you lose sight of them the wheel will fall off!
And i absolutely agree on the fact that sensations are priceless and that feelings generate ideas..... Just please don't lose sight of the fact that you can have the same sensational boost from drugs/going to amusement parks! Can get the same calmness from alcohol/meditation... And so on!
For me? Being responsible is not about removing the feeling/desire as a whole.... It is about knowing the source and how you're going to go about it.
Being mindful of my choices (so just as an example: i would like to keep/my body needs dopamine and endorphin?/just because they're my favorite*
Now how can i go about having them? *the sky is the limit, the choice is actually yours*
But then~ the third part.... Please be mindful of each choice on the short and long haul/run...
There you go! Now you have a habit.... Stay faithful to it long enough and it turns into a Conviction.
The key to a reliable Conviction is if it doesn't harm your (mind - body - and soul/heart) OR OTHERS in the short or the long run under any circumstances..... 🤷🏻💖🤔

Ya know I agree techknowledgy is taking away from doing something ourselves, as for me I love taking my own pencils and markers and paint and creating something with my own hands... children today except my girls of course because I thank God that passion for art passed to my girls specially Lilly,... Id like to share her work with you at some point...but point is kids today most dont have that opportunity..

EVery thing about art IS PERFECT FOR THE VIEWER AT THAT MOMENT.
I believe each and every one of us knows great art when we see it, even if you like it and I don't. I dunno who started "analyzing" art like Rembrandt or The Mona Lisa, telling us how these paintings and artists should be and must be looked at. Explain the shading, the purpose of contrast but how an art work MUST be viewed is what put the elitist stamp on the piece and on the artist and artists. Proof are the frauds (?) that sell at Sotheby's, the indistinguishable frauds and the MAGNIFICENT forgers. THEY stop the "I don't know how to look at art". THEY put on display the art monocle and shred him to pieces, as it should be because their premise is the only false art there is.
