YES I FINALLY UNDERSTOOD IT, dude my teacher just gave us the workbook and didnt even explain it to use personally. but this was so much easier than i anticipated. even ai couldn't explain this but finally this worked. you didnt just assume i knew all the steps and i love it
You are such a great teacher, I wish you were my teacher growing up. Unlike some of the other youtube instructors your voice is not annoying but very soothing and understandable. Thanks so much for doing this. I have a pre nursing exam coming up and I'm trying to review algebra, you have definitely helped.
I understand your commend and I do appreciate what you are saying. However, in algebra we never, ever, ever use the symbol "x" to mean multiplication. So there is really no confusion. We do however use the plus sign for addition and it is easy to mix that up with a variable "t". Good luck in your studies!
In a math forum, several say that it doesn't make a difference how you sort the terms; it's a personal preference. For example, when you look for the highest degree, they say you can look for the lowest degree or whatever. Can polynomial operations be performed when there is Not a highest to lowest degree as you say here? Do teachers not expect to see highest to lowest?
What you were saying is true, and you don’t technically have to sort it from the highest degree to the lowest degree, he just combine the like terms that’s all that matters. However, to make it more readable, and typically the convention is to sort it from highest to lowest, but you certainly don’t need to.
@@MathAndScience Do teachers allow students to do things according to their personal preference, or do they expect a conventional order? Have you ever met a teacher who recommends putting constants first and highest degree last?
@@georgeseese no, all teachers will always recommend highest degree first. But you have to understand that that’s by convention. We’ll be right paragraphs. We always capitalize the first letter of every sentence but you really don’t need to. It’s just convention. We also put spaces between every paragraph and we indent the first line of every paragraph. None of those things are actually required, but we’re taught to do it to make things readable and easier to follow. It’s exactly the same thing with math. It’s not strictly required however, I always do it, and I always teach to do it that way as well because it makes everything more readable.

Thank you so much - good luck in your studies!
I just wanted you to know I passed my teas and scored well in math. Thanks soooo much. Words cannot express my gratitude.
@@jacquelinesmith9450 Awesome job! I'm proud of you!
I love it how you did all the steps and you explained it first
Thank you for such sound teaching

Thank you so much been looking for an example like these for ever and found you!! Thank you so much!!
Thank you sir 👍🙏
Really nice video
This is helpful, and I like the way you explain everything. Do you have videos with fractions and percentages? Thank you!
THANK YOU... SIR...!!!
thank you big test tmr
I don’t have money to buy your course I wish I could 😢
4:07 isn’t it supposed to be +7?
Because negative + negative is positive
thanks a LOT
thank you
As with the t you should put tails on the. X so as not to confuse it with the multiplication symbol.

I love you
Back at ya!
Where did you get a negative one from? I got lost right there lol
for the problem at 13:58 i got the answer right, however i put -4x-x2squared. does the order matter ?
No it doesn't matter as long as long as the correct numbers and or variables are there with the correct signs (hope this helps)
2:10 confused
why?
