Sweet Waldorf Salad
Sweet Waldorf Salad. Instead of a savory Waldorf Salad with an only mayonnaise dressing I made a sweet dressing with vanilla yogurt, cream cheese fruit dressing and just a small amount of mayonnaise. It turned out great.
Ingredients:
Red seedless grapes
2 small celery stalks (I used celery hearts)
2 apples. (1 pink lady & 1 ambrosia)
fresh lemon juice
flat leaf parsley
pinch of salt, sugar,
chopped walnuts
Dressing: Vanilla yogurt, mayonaisse, cream cheese fruit dip.
