This location Closed 2019 Due to Bankruptcy From payless company file for chapter 11 Bankruptcy and this location closed some time in May or June 2019
It has no planes to change looks or what it was. But let see what we have here.

Great find. I like how everything on the inside is nearly empty. Sad to see it vacant still. Haven’t been to a Payless ShoeSource for almost 5 years when they were closing all the locations. 1:49 that’s actually a floor plan, btw!
