There are a couple suggestions I would give to the list. 1. I would cut the 1 of upstart and replace it with terraforming so you can either access fountain/chicken game so you aren't blind drawing. 2. I think especially because we go into time a lot I think you should be siding 3 dogwood. 3. I don't necessarily agree with droplet but this is more personal preference because personally my non-engine is 3 dark ruler 3 evenly 1 called by. The main reason I don't like droplet is because of having to send cards because this deck needs to discard a lot to work. I also am not of the mentality of using a card because it works first and second. I would personally rather just play dark ruler and evenly to do better going second and just discard them going first. 4. I don't think you need malong for ultimate slayer especially when chaos angel could be in that slot to help insulate your board and help destroy boards on your opponent's turn alongside zapper shrimp. These are all just personal opinions and I'm just doing this to have friendly discussions on deck-building :)
Haha no worries! I always appreciate some friendly deck theory🤓 For me personally, I've never been a far of terraforming. I always get access to my fountains so easily that I don't think the terra is needed. And if you wanna search for chicken game, you might as well just get the draw 1 straight away instead of playing into droll for those who side that for you. I did also side dogwood for a bit, but I think its so situational and I can play pretty quickly and I can use munin for time when needed. Thats fair enough about the non engine. I took this deck with 3 dark ruler and 3 evenly to a regional back in late september and I HARD bricked on them. I didn't need that many. I think having cards that are great going both first and second are important because on days where the dice rolls hate me, I have good cards, and if i get lucky with the dice roll, I have extra cards that do things. As for the cost for droplet, 9 times out of 10 I'm sending a card i've already activated to get free value out of it. I was always sending a runick I just activated or a woes I activated. Plus you draw so many cards in this deck that I never really found myself getting rid of a card I absolutely needed. I've been thinking about putting chaos angel back in, but I just don't have the space. Malong is also really important in my opinion because against centurion I need to stop them from getting to another blazar and the malong just gives extra value. It allows me to trade 2 for 1 which is really good.
@@magmatrooper949 1. I do but I think if they have droll it's a hard weakness anyway and you shouldn't start with terra-forming anyway especially when I just do hugin to grab it anyway and then I have the option for fountain or chicken game to thin the deck. 2. Maybe I'm just slow idk 3. I honestly could see an argument to side the dark rulers and main the droplets so that I can have droplet for either on the play or draw and I can still have dark ruler against wombo combo like mermail, spright, tear, etc. to make things easier. 4. True but I honestly don't think Centur-ion is that hard of a matchup for us especially since our runicks can interrupt crimson dragon and I don't think it's worth to cut chaos angel to make an already 60-40 matchup slightly better. I'm really enjoying this deck theory thanks man!
@@elfishmite at the end of the day I think a decent amount of these options are down to personal preference. I think that depending on how different people play the deck, there will be different lists that will be optimal for different players. Only thing I disagree on is the centurion matchup. In the tcg, 1 card always makes auxilla plus a cosmic blazar on their turn. Even if you dark ruler or droplet them, they can still banish the blazar to get it off the field. Plus the auxilla and everything else has destruction protection. You can't even destruction the deck lock down post side cause of auxilla. You'd basically need every good runick to stop them but then you wouldn't have the cards to play after that. I think the centurion matchup is a big coin flip matchup unfortunately. If I win the dice roll, I'm probably gonna win the match, but if they win, they probably will. I definitely think you need this combo to be able to play. 1 ultimate slayer outs their entire board, plus you still have to worry about hand traps and deck lockdown. Even a potential set centurion trap. lol I always enjoy a good theory sesh on my days off :D
Mind if I ask how you summon Zapper Shrimp? Is there a tech you use to summon it cause it's a level 2 and requires 2 monsters to synchro summon... I definitely missing something lol
its crazy how much our lists match except im not playing any breakers in main playing fuwalos and puruglia, siding ntss malong and scarlight with the ulti slayers and completely cut evenly from my deck for ash just in that rogue slot because Im not feeling a single evenly doing much at the moment but amazing list def gonna explore further.
6 mulcharys in the main is wild haha. best of luck to you! I reallyyyyy hate siding extra deck cards just on a personal level lol so I always avoid it. At big events you have to put them in the same sleeves as your other side deck cards and then swap the sleeves when you change them :( I hate it lol. I don't know what Imma take evenly out for but I think I will . My qcrs are so shiny though😭
I got 3 in 5 boxes lol. I didn't buy them at the same time though, I wouldn't have gotten 3 if I did. I bought 2 more and didn't get any from those also lol.
I find that upstart is just generally better. There are times when I can add back upstart for another draw which is nice. Also, I don't really find myself needing to discard many cards that I don't actually want to discard. I end up searching for both of my white forest spells and traps and then I often will also send the first fountain I use on field once its been used up too. It also allows me to chain block a future fountain draw with geri too to add back the other one. metalfoes is an okay card, but I don't think it is better than the cards I already run for that purpose.

Diabell lets you summon a level 7 or lower tuner synchro when your opponent activates a card or effect

i'm gonna try my odds to pack a couple fuwalos, how many boxes did you go through to get your playset?

Why won't u play the metalfoes fusion instead of upstart, it's the same if you run goods and its a good discard since u dont actually neg 1

no I don't. It would be a nice card to have, but it just would never come up for me and chenyging is just way better almost every time.
