Quick Tour Of Our $3.7 Million Spec House

Wanted to briefly walk you through the construction plans for our most recent spec house which we're going to list for $3.7 Million!!!
Park City, Ut is booming and we are fortunate enough to acquire a piece of land that would allow us to build a beautiful home in a rare part of town with almost no empty lots left. We are going to list this house for $3.7M right around drywall and we really hope we can turn a good profit on this thing. Always a risk in spec home building but, also very exciting.
