    我覺得幾鍾意個故事,自己釣自己煮幾好同埋都幾有特色。喺留言都睇到好多對於動物權益嘅討論,但我覺得呢條片中討論動物權益就有啲離咗題。
    以我所見我哋對於一啲食用嘅動物,其實冇浪費已經係盡咗本分,唔好講到咁誇張而且佢處理魚嘅方式都比唔少人人道。
    嗰啲處理魚技術以我個人理解本身其實都係想保持返條魚嘅鮮味,並唔係為咗啲咩動物權益。喺呢一啲睇得見嘅地方就覺得有道德責任,但係喺做消費者嘅時候有冇企喺動物權益嘅立場上面。
    唔好講到咁左膠,其實一啲商家都有提供有考慮動物權益嘅產品,其實大家都可以支持下。
    希望Ellie 可以睇吓唔同嘅觀眾嘅意見樓上鋪、處理魚嘅方式。我真心覺得喺而家呢個講求快嘅社會呢一種餐廳形式係幾有特色同幾正。

      仲有,有咩可能釣吓魚成個海就俾你釣晒?環境保育係好多唔同因素,釣魚呢一種咁傳統咁低效率嘅方式,我並唔認為係依家啲魚少咗嘅主要原因。
      關注呢一啲不重要因素,我認為大家都可以關心返一啲明日大嶼、污染排放、濫捕、放生入侵物種嘅問題。

      人手釣魚其實好環保,唔會造成過度撈捕。用大型拖網刮海床,將水中生物胡亂撈起,然後隨意丟棄,才是最大的浪費,對生態造成嚴重影響。

    唔止一次讚ray,佢係MM咁多實習生,最出色一個,甚至會唔會之前都是拍嘢,表演或者係媒體記者出身?定都是youtuber?加油!成段片唔係話有幾好或pro,係整體比我感覺都好,舒服,流暢。特別係語速,都表現自然。其他新人都要加油!

    今時今日當越嚟越多香港人會飛出外國吃喝玩樂,做呢樣嘅小型私房菜一定好難喇。老闆娘咁樣堅持搵最新鮮嘅當造材料,甚至乎自己出海釣魚,真係佩服佢嘅毅力!

      Aiya... the thing is.. you guys are so uncreative as well. Since she has this kind of "personal chef" style. It then means that she can indeed cook for anybody, right ? How about, the small events, or the small formal parties... that can ask or to request for a special dining experience, at a certain fixed price point ? This is a restaurant, right ? Cos they can indeed actually then cook to your party's event. I was thinking to myself.. why doesn't she consider... that is... IF.... there are youngsters that wants to try and to learn how to run a place. Why don't they use her premises and since she has a running cost and budget already, for them to open it during the day and do take aways, or apps. And then in the evening, she does private parties ? (And then on summer holidays, they do summer holidays' or families' celebration etc ? ) Or for some people, since most people live in small apartments only and their homes are not large, then wouldn't you consider to have a private conversations or groups... for meetings, or for chit chats, or whatever ? It is so odd that, so many people consider actual private online gaming experiences, but wouldn't actually come out and meet together. Plus.. the other thing is... restaurants CAN indeed sell prepared food for home deliveries too. i.e. "Meals for home, uncooked". I think the licenses could cover this. And choose carefully an app.. not all apps are the same, some are indeed purely marketing apps only, so you can upload your branding and menus etc. (And their company includes the drivers too, which reduces her overhead costs.)

    其實等於"私房菜館"!一般都開係樓上節省成本,反正都做熟客成主!釣魚當娛樂兼利用,如果堅持用海魚,亦可以同"釣友團"攞新鮮魚咯!會更多魚種!

      種既問題,影片中所見,其實都係成年魚來。
      香港水域熟於亞熱帶(北回歸線以南),小体型既魚較多,唔同歐美,都係北回歸線以北,大型魚比較多。
      PS。以前我曾經跟人出海,春季專捕石九公,都係影片中大小,如果有半隻手掌咁大,就實會收埋私伙唔賣(而且數量都少啊),自己蒸來食。。

    香港做小店最難係租金,一加加15%,小店真係好難做。賺埋都係比業主加租,所以香港仲話搞夜市....除非D舖係政府自己管理,如果唔係,我驚到時見到40蚊一串魚蛋。

      She can start to create or to take bookings wor... like, have regular "mommy and toddlers" group. Or... "study groups"... or "deals post school meals"... Since her bookings are evenings. Then surely she needs to use the day time period for other purposes as well ? And any extra ingredients, she could flip open those apps, and to sell off the stock. So she replenishes and clean her stocks per week. As to regular cafe for your local crowd... doesn't people go out and chit chats any more ?? She needs to be competitive now... why are McD popping up everywhere ?? They have strong air con. So good air con, to entire the local crowds... and open it up for private events etc. It's really weird how the lifestyles are different in HK. Many business meetings are held in coffee shops in the UK. Many moms on mat leave with their children, have social groups with their local "mommy groups" to "socialise and play games".... Groups of uni friends would go out to dine together, or to party book a room for dining, and have a fixed budget, and then the restaurant takes care of the menu etc. And have their own "bring your own wines". I don't get why HK can't have this kind of culture.. imho. Maybe they could do a "bring your own crafts beer" etc. Singers and performers, especially students are often asked to play in their local restaurants. As part of the evening's entertainments etc. That is all very normal. So why can't this happen in HK leh ??? Or a "private gaming party".... with set buffet menu. Even for summer holidays, parents don't need to go abroad. They make their own party setups. Book stores have reading sessions. Discussions etc. Small caterings or events etc.

      我都有啲同感呀。啲題材好比之前失色左少少。但唔知係咪佢地刻意設呢類主題去推廣本土小店,比如最近另一條片講熟食市場。如果係因為呢個原因,會易入口啲,但個故仔絕對有進步空間,處理得唔好就會變左做廣告咁,好似Dyson 風筒嗰集...😵‍💫

    雖然很欣賞她對食物質素的那份執着,可是在商言商,這種自己出海釣魚準備食材的營運模式成本太高了,而且缺乏可持續性。如果天氣不好,那菜式便要暫停供應,還不如找尋可靠的食材供應商。

    其實我同家人都真係好支持MM,每一日都睇你地d片,
    但呢位同事d懶音真係好需要改善⋯⋯
    「乞」鯛、海龍皇「湯」個湯字、客人=「嚇」人😢
    唔止係佢,其他MM主持都應該要注意下懶音的問題
