Watching from the US and absolutely loving what you're saying. Keep up the great work!

Thanks Toby. When I was still at work , a while ago, I used to bike to and from, sometimes walk one way ride back, and now and again run. It was only 4:5 miles each way and I worked shifts. On earlies 6 am start I tended to bike in.
Getting exercise done in this way meant I did not need motivation as it was just part of my work routine.
My main “sport” was walking so if I had a long walk 50 mile + in the offing I would switch to fast walking to get to and from work

That's a really good point Andrew - one I should've brought up in the video, that if you can switch a commute you'd do anyway with a walk or cycle then that's a great way to get it in, thanks for the comment

My go to steady state is a spin bike, easy to do and watch RUclips or whatever you wanna do. When I do more high intensity interval stuff I’ve been doing more KB swings as I feel my posterior chain is lacking anyways. But still do rower, airbike or just jump rope for that too.

Yeah spin bike is great - with my knee pain the last year it's been hurting that so haven't been doing it
