Excuse me so many questions is that I am an apprentice and in my country there are almost no people who dedicate themselves to this, once I apply the varnish how long I wait to make the texture?
Stir it well and fill it in a old marmalade glass (the wider, the better) make many little holes in the screw cap and let i evaporate. That takes about 3 - 6 months (depends on the ambient temperature). Stir it once every week. It will thicken more and more by time. Your damar varnish has to be on a terpentine base for that.
Nice job! But please, as an artist who obviously knows about proportions and visual composition, why on earth did you make a vertical video wasting two third of the display frame?!
I'm so glad I found this channel! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Hoping to make my own hand painted signs just like these someday :)
This is beatifull, what a steady hand and a wise choice for colouring

I have bought damar varnish in a store in my country, but is it very liquid that I can add it to make it thicker?
