    1/ Can Regan actually lift her arms with those shoulder things?
    2/ Those shoulder things look quite solid -- how hard is it to get it on/off? I'm thinking like your arm would need to make a sharp right angle, unless there is some sort of rear access, or if it splits apart. Crazy complicated.

    • @MusicandAnimeLover53
      @MusicandAnimeLover53 5 лет назад +1

      From what I remember watching her and Scone on cosplay photography critique, she has a limited arm range. She can lift them a bit but not that much. Regan has said she would rather wear her Seraphim cosplay over Helga due to the arm range.
      I don't remember seeing or hearing anything about how she gets them on/off.

  • @asyoz

    Wow, these costumes are awesome!!!
    Smocking is so much fun!!! You get so much bang for your buck. It's so easy once you understand the theory, and it looks so good! I did smocked sleeve heads in the last medieval gown I made my daughter and they are phenomenal. I sewed tiny seed pearls at the fabric connection points, and it just looks awesome. When we went to the Medieval Festival so many people stopped her for photos, and most of them commented on the sleeves and centre bodice (which was also smocked). (Pity comments can't have photos).
    Incidentally, Regan, I cannot believe your age! I honestly thought you were about 25l You both look absolutely amazing!!! I had a look at your website and will follow you on all the things. :)

      The appealing thing of tedium is that it's predictable, consistent actions without too much thought to it. It has a rhythm to it, a simplicity, and you can just kinda lose yourself in a flow state. You basically have constant progress =). Note that not all tedium is created equally, pressing a button every 5 seconds with nothing else is not necessarily as fun as lacing for hours on end =P.
