    I own both a one plus open and a s24 ultra. I can confirm this is accurate. The one plus phones charge so much faster it's insane. The battery life is also better in the oneplus phones. It's literally a lif ehcanger knowing your phone will charge fully in 39 min. After work Fri and sat no longer wait to charge before you go out. And when your low you can charge up quick for a top off. It is life changing imo. I no longer carry a battery pack with my one plus open. Often do with the other phones.

      @@MarkDanger777 if you want durability get the s24. If you want speed gaming YouTub multi tasking ECT. Get the open. Both battery lines are equal. S24 takes a longer charge time. But life is almost equal. The oneplus prob gets about an hour more. The 16 gigs of ram is noticably better on the oneplus. The interfacetace some time getting used to. But it's intuitive. It's good once you get it down. I'm a tech geek I prefer oneplus open. The s24 is no slouch though. You really can't go wrong with either phone. But if your a screen slut like me. Go for the open.

It's not too slow like Iphones and not too quick like Oneplus and every other Chinese brand... How fast the OP12 charges is so nice, I don't leave it plugged in all night like I have with every phone I've had. I also don't get that annoying feeling when my battery is getting into the 20%'s cuz i know I can bring it back to 80 in like 10 mins. I also have it stop at 80% cuz i still easily get a full day, i usually end the day with at least 25%.

      @UnknownUser_10 Месяц назад

      Same for me. I don't have the 12 but the Nord 4. Before that I always had iPhones. The Oneplus (despite being a budget phone) feels so much better. The battery life and charging speed are amazing. An iPhone costs more than 1000 dollar more than my Oneplus and I don't feel that at all. For my uses the Oneplus is even better. And that's just their budget phone. The 12 is absolutely smoking the iPhone in all aspects.

    I've had an 80W charger for a year and a half for my OnePlus 10 Pro. I've only really needed the fast charging once in that time. It's really cool, but practically speaking you can charge anywhere now that USB-C PD is everywhere, too. So, it's kind of lost its necessity. Still really fun, and there's something special about being able to actually watch the battery percentage go up.

    EVERYONE! In North America OnePlus is also selling a 100W charger. You can buy this separately and use it to charger OnePlus 11 or OnePlus 12. It is only 'slightly' faster tho. Here are the speeds from my tests...
    80W w/Smart Rapid Charging ON: 1-27% in 5min ... 46% in 10min ... 65% in 15min ... 81% in 20min ... 94% in 25min ... 100% in 27min
    100W w/Smart Rapid Charging ON: 1-30% in 5min ... 50% in 10min ... 70% in 15min ... 88% in 20min ... 95% in 23min ... 100% in 24min
    The 100W charger has the advantage of being able to fast charge non-OnePlus devices up to 65W. At least that's how OnePlus Support explained it to me. I hope this helps ❤️

      I only have to charge to 100 percent in the morning before work. Even then it is still over 40 percent charged before charging it. This is based on light usage, browsing, reading news, a little porn in the bathroom jk, Facebook, RUclips. No gaming. So I get about 5 hours screen time in the day with 40 percent battery left, I would assume I'd get 8 or more if I used it until dead. That can also be higher if you changed some settings, resolution, refresh rate etc.

      The fast charge technology isn't like the old days where typical fast charging is going to degrade the battery life drastically. I have had my OnePlus 11 almost 1 year and it has only degraded 2% (98%) and that is with using and abusing the 100w dual port brick I bought separately from OnePlus. OnePlus and Oppo put a lot of research and development into the charging technology. You should look it up it's pretty cool what they are doing with their battery health engine. (Getting 9 hours Screen time with qhd resolution and 120hz. Even longer 11+ hours if you go 1080p and 60hz )

    Да давно уже китайцы заряжаются быстрее, но это не помогает им, так как samsung и iphone до сих пор покупают гораздо больше😂
    Попробовать бы oneplus для интереса, но думаю для меня ultra серия samsung, это необходимость. Камеры топ, 4 фокусных расстояния и самое главное стилус который просто незаменим в определённых ситуациях. Сейчас китайцы ultra - это камеры в телефоне, а samsung это просто телефон, который может всё, вот это величие. Ну, а apple в моей стране не актуален, потому что apple pay не работает, банковские приложения скачивать можно только в отделении банка😂
    Хотя сам по себе iphone хороший телефон, но закрытая система и невозможность настроить телефон под себя делают его телефоном для пенсионеров иными словами - просто WhatsApp и просто сотовый телефон

    No one's talking about the fact that both phones use different battery technologies here. The S24 uses a li-ion battery while the OnePlus 12 a li-poly. Li-poly batteries charge faster than li-ion ones, but these batteries generally degrade faster.

      @nieznanygoscxd8587 yeah that sounds about right. My oneplus 7t pro battery degraded by 20 percent at roughly 1500 battery cycles according to accubattery app.
      One thing to note is dont always charge 0 to 100 and then discharge 100 to 0 like i did all the time. Thats how i ended up with 1600 battery cycles on my 7t pro in just 3 years.
      I started doin the 20 - 80 % cycle when i got the s23 ultra and accubattery is only showing bout 250 battery cycles after 1 year.
