How fast the OP12 charges is so nice, I don't leave it plugged in all night like I have with every phone I've had. I also don't get that annoying feeling when my battery is getting into the 20%'s cuz i know I can bring it back to 80 in like 10 mins. I also have it stop at 80% cuz i still easily get a full day, i usually end the day with at least 25%.
Same for me. I don't have the 12 but the Nord 4. Before that I always had iPhones. The Oneplus (despite being a budget phone) feels so much better. The battery life and charging speed are amazing. An iPhone costs more than 1000 dollar more than my Oneplus and I don't feel that at all. For my uses the Oneplus is even better. And that's just their budget phone. The 12 is absolutely smoking the iPhone in all aspects.
I never charge my phone overnight so I would like to be able to charge my phone full battery when I wake up before work. I usually just take 30 mins to get ready and leave for work so that would be really useful. Right now I charge my phone almost full before I sleep then again before work.

I always wondered if these phones charge up so fast, does that mean the battery life isn't good, because I don't want a phone that charges super fast just because I'm going to have to charge it up before the day is over.
I only have to charge to 100 percent in the morning before work. Even then it is still over 40 percent charged before charging it. This is based on light usage, browsing, reading news, a little porn in the bathroom jk, Facebook, RUclips. No gaming. So I get about 5 hours screen time in the day with 40 percent battery left, I would assume I'd get 8 or more if I used it until dead. That can also be higher if you changed some settings, resolution, refresh rate etc.
The fast charge technology isn't like the old days where typical fast charging is going to degrade the battery life drastically. I have had my OnePlus 11 almost 1 year and it has only degraded 2% (98%) and that is with using and abusing the 100w dual port brick I bought separately from OnePlus.
