Great purchase. Stick to a factory painted grille vs getting one painted because you can’t match the durability of OEM paint especially on the front grille. For the ultimate in protection and ease of washing/ looking great most of the time especially with wide wheels you should clear bra the whole truck and put Ceramic coating on top of it. It will look great all the time with just 5 minutes in a soap less touch less pressure washer bay.

Same here. My 02 runs good and has zero rust. Instead of $78k on a new truck, I'd rather take a month off in the winter and $10k to go through and rebuild my entire truck top to bottom--mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic. Upgrade the parts that need a bit of attention and install new gadgets. You can buy all the stuff on these new trucks aftermarket for real cheap on eBay. It should last me another 20 years no problem.

Yes, they make good transmissions. Toyota uses them and as you said is part owner thats got to tell ya something.

I don't buy a top of the line truck and not get exactly what I want. They could take the grill and badge off another truck on the lot for all I care and put it on the Limited. I would just tell them to figure it out and call me when they are ready to make a sale

Just picked up a 3500 SRW tradesman. It's lacking in the power department but I don't want to mess with the warranty. Any suggestions?
You can increase power with intact tuning but anytime you add power you risk effecting warranty, even if there's no parts removed or replaced.

with the newer DEF and DPF emissions parts on these trucks, i wanted to get a 2019 ford f250 with the 6.7l power stroke or 2019 ram 2500 with the 6.7l cummins, i don’t know much about diesel, how would these trucks do as a daily driver/short trip truck, (no deletes) no towing or hauling, 6 miles to work and 6 miles back home? a grocery getter. long trip once a year. i just want a big truck with a diesel engine. P.S i don’t care about the mpg or the cost of diesel fuel.

What size are the tires?
Disappointed I tried calling and emailing fire punk to see if I a could get some help on my 2019 HO that’s deleted with a cp3 swap and fass lift pump and the truck will not run it’s been to a truck shop and it’s been at the dealer for two weeks and no one can figure out the reason the truck won’t run it’ll turn over and that’s it and couldn’t get any response for help from these guys
