    Well done on the great concise teaching! I have a PhD in molecular science and working on MD now and renal happens to be one that I have to put forth some effort to get locked in. I appreciate your time and the quality of your content.

    I had low bicarb, high chloride and normal anion gap.... then the second time I had acidosis I have low bicarb, no high chloride (chloride came down) and a high anion gap. Any ideas?
