Solved! My Lelit Marax Pl62 was overfilling the boiler, I found thanks to this video that the water level probe had no metal exposed! Super easy fix, thanks for the video
The metal pin of my probe appears to have been pushed out by about 1cm, causing the boiler to be overfilled randomly. It can be moved up and down very very easily by pushing or pulling on the white connector. Can I fasten it with the inner nut? Or should I get a replacement? For now I have just pushed it down and left the machine untouched. It appears to be filling normally, but I'm afraid the inside pressure and pump vibrations can easily push it out again.
