These are some basic things I have learned using this bad boy over the past week. I figured I would share my knowledge with you and hope I could show you some valuable Tricks ;) Leave some love in the comments and be safe out there. Aloha
Although I am a Parrot Anafi user, I like your videos and comments very much! Well done Sir! You nearly got me to the edge of buying an Autel Evo 2. As I am in the history-archeology sector, I really would love to see a vid about the preplanned 'sector-flying' as for mapping or 3D making of a terrain! Thanks in advance and keep flying! -M-
I started with anafi and I love mine. I still have one I use for fun. I did a 3d model video here. Thank u for watching. Aloha ruclips.net/video/Cbe4T6tOylA/видео.html
Hey Brother. I love the videos keep them coming I'm going to keep watching. I have a question for you though as far as computers go. I'm trying to find a laptop not necessarily a gaming laptop but something that is powerful enough to run photo and video editing software, and also be able to do surveying and mapping. I've been thinking of getting an Origin Workstation laptop and somebody else suggested getting an Alienware which already have but if that's more for gaming though. Do you have any suggestions?
@@jsublett8871 same here . unfortunately those damn things are really good at rendering lol. I build my PC myself 4 years ago for about $1200 with 32GB Ram and a GTX1080Ti . So far it's holding up rendering 4k. 6k is a lil bit iffy but the 8k no ways lol ..

Hello... I have been following your videos for quite some time.... well done indeed and I like your style.... I have the Evo II pro..... two issues that I don’t think you have addressed.... at the start of each file there is one blank frame which is a bit of a pain to delete when editing.... also; as soon as I get into the air, I cannot change settings like iris/exposure, etc. I can set them prior to flight, but not during flight.... am I missing something? Keep up the good work.... kindest regards.... Ron
Yes for me I did . I am not a dji type of guy so I wouldn't know much about that but I am currently working on a video that explains all the exp and sensitivity changes
@@808-Stat3 Excellent! Good timing for me then. Maybe within a week while you wait for your new FPV beast? 😁 😇 I've tried the 60/82/60 sensitivity and .7/.2/.35 EXP settings California Phantom first recommended. I think they might have changed since then. The joysticks feel coarse and unrefined at these settings so I was hoping you had found some you liked that I might try. I did a shoot today on one of my motorcycles to maybe get it ready to sell. Nothing like adding a drone video to make it stand out eh. I used a Mini 2, an Air 2, and one of my two Evo 2's. I absolutely love my E2's but the loud beeping from the obstacle avoidance drove me crazy at the low altitudes I was flying at for this project even after turning them off. In the end the Mini 2 and Air 2 were better for this kind of work. Do you know if there is a way to turn off the alarms altogether on the Evo controller? Thanks for your help and your videos that help so many. 🤙 PS: I lived on Oahu 78-80 (Navy). Good times. Fond memories. I think I would prefer to live on the big island these days though. I prefer less people around and more land. :)
@@SW-Video big island is getting crowded too these days. U can turn off the beeping by either turning down volume on ur device or turning off RADAR on general settings visual settings
@@808-Stat3 : I guess it's inevitable overcrowding happens everywhere. I will try those tips on turning off the sound. I muted the phone I happen to be using at the time and turned of the obstacle avoidance but didn't think about the radar. I'll check it out now. Thanks again!

What position you setup the antenna, i always got bad video frequency change your antenna position. Could you please show how to setup the antenna what position?
Downwards. as weird as it sounds it's always downwards. sometimes when you receive that message go into menu and select visual flight options and look for video transmission. Select smooth as option and play around with the frequency. I usually run 10mhz . Some instances I need 5mhz and in urban areas 20mhz seems to be better.
The other way to determine your Serial Number of your Aircraft is in the back side of your Drone Battery Compartment. Remove the Battery and there is suppose to be a QR Code. In the bottom of that code suppose to be your Serial starting with the letter H. Hope that helps. I had to take a picture with my cell since it's printed sooooo small I can't read it lol
Green or blue mode ? Were the batteries warm or hot when you put them on the charger ? These batteries have a self protection that they won't start charging until safe charging temp has been reached. Don't know how they do it but they do it lol ..
808-State So yours only take 1 1/2 hours...all 4 batteries at once? I’m getting ripped off then LOL. And they were cold in temp charging...It’s Winter here so the air temp this afternoon was 12c and drops off really quick when it gets dark. Over Summer (6months ago here) I fried my DJI Mavic Batteries by flying in temps of around 44c to keep an eye on the Bushfires we had nearby. The battery temp got up around 67c and the poor battery bloated badly...I won’t do that again🥺

No Origin and no Alienware if you are looking for rendering station and a workhorse go with a DELL XPS 15 or a Macbook pro 16 something around there.
