    Hello Rashmi, Glad that somebody is taking care of the elderly people with yoga. My mother is 64 years old with Diabetes and a fatty liver, I will be thankful if you have something for this as well.

      There are many videos for senior citizens on my channel. If you don’t want to do the ones seated on a chair you can try any of the other 500 videos :)
