Her voice can be inconsistent because of them. I have noticed this most in high belting. Notes can be hit or miss crack and become raspy. It seems whatever voice problems she has affected her confidence when singing. She said her nodules help her hit the whistles notes. She was especially worried about doing touring early in her career and did her best to rest her voice. However I don’t think she got to rest it as much as she would’ve liked Her whistle notes do sound like they have vibrato even on studio records!
