Was thinking about getting a 128i to convert to track use. Would love your thoughts on your build and what kind of budget it took. Tracking a stock e92 m3 now.
@@seraphimseraphim987 ended up buying an m52 swapped e30 instead. Needs a little love in the rust department, but should have it ready for track days next year.
@@johanschwartzracing1926 what kind of gear oil do you use in it? I am asking because It looks light it shifts smooth, and if it can handle track abuse like that I wouldn’t mind giving it a try in 128i that I daily. Thanks.

Whats been done to the N52?
Stock engine with modified w/ Stef custom oil pan. Added oil coolers.

what type of transmission do you have in the car?
It is the stock transmission.
