Loki is a donkey that pulls my whole account forward! I don't know, what you're talking about! I got all dungeon bosses figured out, but how do I get to the boss? By blocking active skills of the waves and stealing the turn meter. I got Arbiter on day 87 and how did I get my medals from arena? By blocking active skills and stealing the turn meter! And he helps against high resistance targets, because his steal is irresistible under a veil. How do I get 3 key nightmare CB? By keeping 10 debuffs on him almost 100% of the time. Loki is still a holy grail for my account three months in. I even got 3 stars in the nightmare campaign early on by placing him with the starter champ and hiding starter under a vail.
Yeah I put him in stun and retaliation sets. Definitely upped my gaming. Pair him with Ronda in arena. Block passives and actives gets spread on the whole opposing team. Put him on an attack all team with someone like catacomb chancellor that has an ally attack skill and he's good too. Especially if the stun procs
The AoE A1 allows for good use of Stun, Provoke or Cursed sets; I prefer Stun as I use him in way more wave content than anything else, between dungeons and FW, but Provoke or Cursed would be great against Hydra. The A3 stealing turn meter is great in any content where that mechanic is useful, such as Fire Knight and Spider, and it's alternatively a turn meter fill if the enemies turn meter was not stolen so Demon Lord comes to mind there, pair up with Diabolist or Apothecary and so on to get a lot of turns in - I had Frozen Banshee, Apothecary and Diabolist in an early CB team, I wonder how much extra speed all that Turn Meter fill was equating to, and how much Loki would have added. It's also a strong increase attack buff which I really like on Fire Knight as part of my team there is Fayne. He's also good into Hydra, spreading debuffs and blocking buffs - something I'd like to do is get Loki in a Cursed set alongside Ukko also in a Cursed set, and see how much uptime I can get on Hex. Block Active Skills is the only way to prevent Mythicals transforming, and I think it's also strong against Chimera. The only problem with increasing the duration of debuffs on CB, is if they're poisons - early on I didn't know about the debuff cap and had too many poisoners, so a bunch of debuffs weren't being applied; extending duration would have a similar effect. If poisons aren't your primary source of damage on CB it's absolutely fine, but worth keeping in mind. My Loki is still level 50 and in the previous Doom Tower rotation he solo'd a Spirit Support only SR because of the Stun set, 5* Brimstone, the self heal on the A2 and his passive making him surprisingly tanky - he is already quite tanky with just over 19k health and 1.3k defence, and that passive adds a substantial chunk to his survivability.
In the previous Doom Tower rotation my Loki at lvl 50 solo'd a Spirit Support only SR because of the Stun set, Brimstone 5* and the 50% heal on the A2. He would also be fantastic in any areas you need turn meter manipulation, I need to get him up to 60 at some point but he's really good on Fire Knight; stun set helps with the waves on the way to Fire Knight, the A3 steals turn meter and buffs attack, which helps Fayne, he's also the strong affinity vs stage 20 Fire Knight. Also does well against Spider, also in a stun set for the spiderlings. Dark Fae also comes to mind, although the clone may be annoying.
Loki is my workhorse as a F2P. He has helped carry fights I would normally use. Skeletor is a lot of fun. Good to throw in for Fire Knight or other bosses.
i think alot of people underestimate the use of skeletor and loki specially in the new chimera clanboss. I feel like they were made for this new clanboss. have a look into all the increase accuracy aoe champions theres not that many for chimera that also brings decrease speed/atk, he's basically made for chimera clanboss. guess what in chimera if you get block debuffs stolen you're screwed well no because skeletor can remove those. guess what you need block active skills and block buffs for one of the forms in chimera 'loki' does the job. you need increase attack on your team for one of the trials in chimera, 'loki' Those champions were just made ahead of their time.
Aye, Skeletor is very clearly designed with helping newer players get into Chimera. He's also strong into Iron Twins - I think my most consistent slow is from Stag Knight on the A1, 30% on the double hitter; Skeletor has a more consistent land rate at 75% when unbooked, 100% when booked and of course lower cooldown so there's certainly value in Stag Knight having the slow without any cooldown, but Skeletor can extend the duration of that slow. It would be so much nicer if his abilities were 4 turn cooldowns at base and needed 1 or 2 fewer books, bring the total number required from 13 down to like, 10, or 8 maybe; still not getting that done as a newer player but even myself roughly 7 months in I can't get that done yet, and I have access to legendary books, but he's still decent - all the hate is from later players who have options for what Skeletor is for, options they've already got booked up, leveled, etc. There was a comment I seen a wee while back saying Scyl was trash - I argued for a moment but eventually he realised she's not trash, he just didn't need her but had heard all the hype about her so thought she was game changing. Good progression champs are decent but replaceable in specific roles. Complaining about Skelator when you have better alternatives is akin to starting a new account through a link that gets you Tayrel and complaining that the farmable Warmaiden isn't better - or, something to that effect, the free or farmable champ not being better than something typically less accessible.
When I was new I was advised to not book Yaga and use him as food. The day before I got him I got Frozen Banshee from a Mystery shard, so he became food for one of the best poisoners in the game, felt rather appropriate. My Dark Athel was food for my Dark Elhain, lol Lordly Legionary is definitely a bit shite but decreased speed, reflect damage; he could also do some work in Chimera.
Expecting free champs to be good is like hoping you're getting a healthy full course meal from a shelter, lmao they're free, they're better than nothing, just not better than the best
Almost a year into my account, Demonspawn are my weakest faction and I STILL see no point in building Tainix. If you're as desperate as I am for a little defense and healing for Faction Wars, build literally just about anyone else. I'm stuck using Abyssal, but he's better than Tainix, and at least he has a FW speed aura.
Abyssal is a genuinely good rare though; AoE A1 so option for Stun, Provoke or Cursed set, it can also block buffs (that A1 alone makes him a budget option for early Hydra in a Provoke set, or Cursed if you have a provoker), strong team heal on the A2 and while sadly weak versions, increased attack and defence on the A3, he's also quite tanky especially for a rare with over 18k health and just shy of 1k defence. In order to be a worthwhile healer and tank, Tainix would need to have a lot more healing on the A1, like, at least make that 5%, and either remove the requirement of the target having reduced speed or improve it, like at least double the healing; so her healing from the A1 would be on par with Scyl's passive, better if the target is slowed. Just for healing comparison on an A1, Selinia Nightcloak heals herself for 10% of max hp at base, no requirements, goes up to 20% when the target is burned and is bookable up to 30-40% heal, and she's a rare - albeit a Void rare, and is only healing herself but still; Tainix is an Epic that has equivalent healing of two Immortal sets, and her passive is half the Guardian set, that's pathetic. Could also move the slow to the A1 rather than the A2, and give her A2 something like increased defence and/or ally protection akin to Jareg, so she'd be mitigating a lot of damage and healing it, that would be a fantastic addition to some who may be struggling on Demon Lord for example, where they may have plenty damage but aren't surviving enough turns. I also think she should be either an HP or Defence champ, scaling from either of those stats, not a Support champ, and buff her base HP and Defence - just to draw attention to that and because you've mentioned him, Abyssal is tankier.
I had to use GRAPPLER as my clan boss poisoner for the 1st year as back in 2019 there just were not that many, and I found even pulling outlaw monks tough. GRAPPLER brings more features, can take more damage, etc but then they introduced FROZEN!
I'm still gonna build a couple of the free champs you mentioned. Lordly legionnaire simply I love dark souls 3 and reminds me of a boss on it and I like the style. Skelatore simply for nostalgia and for iron twins, arena and take advantage of his a1 the most for better debuff duration
I'm doing Dark Elhain's masteries right now. I've vaulted my dark Athel, in case they decide to buff her. I like the regular Athel and the supreme version, so I'm hoping they buff the dark one accordingly. I agree on Skeletor. or at the least, don't book him out. you can tke him to 60 if you have nothing better to do. For me, he's wose than Adelyn... at least she can help you in sand devil
Atm i have treeshield, skullcrusher for reflect and counterattack. It works. I have loki, kael and dyana. Im just using loki, kael and another kael for clan quest debuff. Soo. I don't look down on reflect damage. Ahh treeshield blessing . Increased def, it'll activate the blessing then skullcrusher countrrattack is ready too before fire knight recovery. Yes, i don't want to level up armiger to 60 or 5* yet. Need CB main first. I use loki turn metter control for a chance of 100%. You also mentioned in the previous video about crimson's and executioner for turn meter. Very helpful since we don't have allure, new player who missed out promo codes 😢😂
You just gotta learn how to use them. There's no such thing as a trash champion.... I agree I wouldn't use books on any of these champions but they are pretty useful in the first forty levels of the game
skeletor is a hard carry and one of the best units in the game. people should avoid she-man at all costs, bait for a useless unit purchased with real money, but that’s plarium, disgusting as always.
I came to this video to hear you trash Skeletor. Not only did I hate He Man back in the 80s but he is complete shite, except for my level 40 accounts x3 where he is looking like food.

Loki my #1 but then again I don't have anything better lol.

I disagree about Skeletor. If you watch NUBS new video Skeleltor is actually gonna be good in the new clan boss Chimera
He’s gonna have to recant.
Even adelyn is good in that case 😐
Skeletor is gonna get buffed I feel eventually he's just so cool looking to leave unusable
Ima have to check it out. Was just going to use him as a 🐔
@@handolo4535 yeah don't feed him def keep him
i took loki to lvl 60 and i now use him to solo bommal and scarab

22:54 I must be doing something wrong because I’ve pulled WAY more Leggo champions than I have Leggo books on my F2P account

Already used him to 6 my scyl, if he had and ally attack I would have spent to keep him.
When are they giving us and ally attack Lego?
i pulled duchess on my one month f2p alt account last week😁
wow how lucky is that 😊. Congrats you just jumped straight to end game after 30 days in game 😊😊😊

Loki is pure gold compared to Skeletor. That's for sure. I'm hoping Plarium reworks him but I don't think that'll ever happen.

Crap code
Ah well! Don't use it then I guess 😆
@@GLRAID I heard skeletor can Place specification on champions with stoneskin
I've already used Skeletor for five star food
