UK only has 64mill population. Australia and New Zealand not in the list as more than 25mill total population. The Philippines has more than 100mill population and it was the US colony, hence it is the fifth on the list. This is my deduction on trying to make the list a sense. pakistan has loads of population and similar to India in that rational.
