@@e.wallacerobin7000 all their descriptions of this scene really live in my mind rent free. Assad saying it was like an out of body experience where he doesn’t recognize himself and Luke talking about being in a trance and fighting against it while in tears… incredible stuff.
I love how armond holds his neck I want girl to do that with has said I will hold u it will be like a bath was so creepy he didn't even care what death was to us
I love hearing him say it's the rest we all want. Its like honey on your tongue.Id say that sounds delicous.when Armond say it'll be like a bath I kind of got why too.Suchnvery well-done scene bravo.
The way it was very soothing instead of being terrifying, even to us viewers, is what I absolutely love about this scene. The first time I watched it I had the urge to close my eyes and listen to Armand’s voice as if he was talking directly to me, like it was one of those ARMR videos I watch at night to fall asleep. Amazing scene and amazing acting. Thank you for posting it for us!

Does anyone happen to know what the name of the music is in the background? I can’t seem to find it in the Spotify albums from Daniel Hart and I assume it’s by him as it resembles the Amadeo. Thanks to anyone in advance!
I don't understand this scene with the context of the books. If Armand was in love with Daniel, why'd he want to kill him in this scene? Or by "death" was he meaning just turning Daniel into a vampire?
He wasn't in love yet, I suppose. He was really going to kill Daniel in this scene. My guess is that, if the show develops their relationship in the past (70s), it'll happen after what we've seen.
in the books doesn’t Armand keep Daniel locked in a basement for multiple days before “the chase” begins? it’s essential that Daniel’s first experience of Armand is of a manipulative, violent, unhinged monster, and that this is is the version he ends up falling for.
@@dogquixoteArmand keeps him locked up either him in the murder house for 6 days. Armand pretty much implies he’s had his fill of Daniel in the present with the way he talks to Daniel. Armand shamelessly talks to Daniel like he KNOWS him, and the camera often shows both Louis and Daniel looking shocked like the scene where Armand says “the drugs did more harm to you than 5 nights in San Francisco”. Armand definitely pursued Daniel after this, Armand’s too different in the present to not have done so.
He does not lie.Armond was one hundred procent correct on our society we all just live to be used up.Needlessly and relentlessly but even so armond didn’t have to be such a D about it
Amazingly, beautifully, terrifyingly hypnotic scene. No wonder Young Daniel's actor needed a hug afterwards.
From his torturer's actor I'm gonna start propelling into the sky😂😂😂😂😂
I heard someone say he went into sub drop 😭

the way Armand says "...but Daniel" and the way Daniel rests his head on his shoulder, I'll never be the same.

Santiago mentioned that Armand was the best Grim Reaper that they had. I would imagine that he did some versions of this onstage .
Honestly kind obsessed with Assad (and Armand always)
Honestly would cave.
Literally this video makes me cry and stop crying and calm and not calm like ah
It's the rest we all wanted I love it will be like a bath honey on your tongue
Wonder who he is trying to convince. Daniel or himself?
I believe he is trying to make Daniel accept his death peacefully, just like Santiago was able to do with the people in the theater
Hey
Please don’t ever delete this
Toxic yaoi 😍
THUS WHOLE SHOW IS TOXIC YAOI 😂
Can we get this scene without the music please? I feel like it would hit that much harder 😭
I desperately need someone to do an ASMR role play of this
ShiverMeTingles has on out that explicitly references this scene if you're interested

It seems to be some rendition of Amadeo but it doesn’t seem like they released it

i guess you have to watch the show to find out
Daniel fought against Armand’s manipulation. This, coupled with Louis’s fascination, is the root of Armand’s future obsession later in the timeline.
