The officer needs to be charged with falsifying charges. Scottie goes to jail and has a number of obviously bogus charges on him, and this cop walks free?
Based on the video clips I saw Scottie do absolutely NOTHING wrong. Perhaps he saw someone waive him into the entrance, we don’t know. Don’t see any criminal offenses here.
I see the cop run up and dive over onto the driver side door/window of Schefflers SUV. The cop almost got himself seriously injured all on his own by the looks of it
So there was a fatal right before this in that area and nobody had body cam video of the initial incident? Wouldn’t everyone be required to turn their body cam on in that type of situation? I’m all for cops but this is one we can filter out of the system.
