Idk why Brandy keeps saying that Raquel should’ve gotten paid what she deserved for the season. It literally doesn’t make sense. If you think about it, Scandoval wasn’t even on camera. She would deserve more pay if we saw all that stuff go down. She literally hid that shit from the producers, how is that deserving of a fatter paycheck? Also, interns of film time, Scandoval was only the last episode. Perhaps she deserved a raise, but not equal pay with season 1 cast memebers. That would make bravo people act completely psycho in efforts to get a huge paycheck. This is about putting in the time for that check & making a name for yourself.
Should Monica come back from SLC & get the biggest paycheck of them all? We can’t reward bad behavior. I don’t agree.
Should Ariana get paid more cause she was the one who told production about Scandoval? Should SCHEANA get a raise because we found out about Scandoval through SCHEANA? I completely agree. I think people would purposely have an affair for instance on your second season to get a huge paycheck the next season. In other words, it would create a very inauthentic show which would not be interesting to watch.

I don’t think Arianna and Raquel were bffs. Also if Raquel has receipts that Ariana knew and they did this for the show she needs to unleash those. That would shake everyone. She also should have been paid what she deserved I totally agree with Brandi
Rachel isnt suing them because she has no money, shes suing them because they sent the video around with her naked body which is illegal and very wrong. She also had no idea that it was even recorded. He screen recorded her without her knowledge. She says all of this. That's crossing a serious line. And they will be able to prove it because nothing is ever deleted on a phone. They can supeona the phone records. Rachel has been thru the ringer and imo she should also sue bravo and lvp for not paying her her mental healthcare. Thats the least they can do. And Tom was not happy that the girls made millions of dollars off of him and Rachel so i dont know that he would be on Arianas side when it comes to all the money that was made off the backs of Rachel suffering. I def think Ariana suffered as well but she wasnt attacked by the world. The world was the most vicious to Rachel and Tom.
So do Rachel or Tom have any accountability for their actions that caused this whole mess at all? And where is the evidence that Ariana sent the video to a bunch of people? I don't think anyone should be bullying them but to have the audacity to sue a woman you betrayed in such an egregious way is pretty incredible and shows what kind of person she is.

If you go back in VPR season 10, in the car with Lala and 2 others, Rachel had a major panic attack. This is when she told us that the reason for her break up with James is because of a huge rage filled tantrum he took at her parents' home at Thanksgiving. (Episode in vegas)
When Scandaval first happened, I remember some of the cast saying they saw the Rachel video. They will deny that now but I definitely remember them saying that. So Ariana did send people the video.

Kristin was with him living with him for eight years, so now is living with them. What’s the difference because they bought a house together and they’re older I mean Tom n Kristin was damn near 30. They were together for eight years. I don’t know call me crazy but I think that’s a legit relationship. I’m not sure why everybody has made Ariana a saint in this situation. I watched an episode one time where she wasn’t aware that the cameras caught it, but it was during the coffee table book fiasco, and she was talking under her breath and saying she wanted to beat the shit out of him, and I got a glimpse of what she must be like behind closed doors. I also never understood why you would continue our relationship when you know that the other person wants children if it had been the other way around we would’ve been furious that somebody wasted all of that time when you’re fertility clock is ticking. She didn’t want to get married. She didn’t want to have a baby she wasn’t having sex with him, she had an issue with her body and she wasn’t even sleeping in the same bedroom so was she really in love with him? I’m not excusing what Tom has done, but she of all people should know that he can cheat on somebody he lives with and loves, especially if he’s not having sex lol. if you don’t agree with you lose them how you got him then you are naïve. This urban meth of somebody, having an affair and breaking up a relationship/ marriage, and they live happily ever after is absolutely a one percent chance of happening. I’m also not a huge Raquel fan I think she has some self-esteem issues and seems like she will accept anything she can get including being abused, including being the other woman. She’s most likely to be one of those chicks that end up with a guy on death row that she drives 10 hours every week to visit him for 20 minutes and wait by the phone for his calls . She needs to get some self-esteem and Ariana needs to be with a woman to stay single because she clearly does not want to have sex with men I don’t believe that’s just an Tom thing I think that’s an Ariana thing. It’s certainly not fair to not take the steps forward like marriage or having children that says a lot about how she felt.

I'm happy for Lala and understand why she is doing it this way but I'm worried that the new baby will wonder why he/her doesn't have a dad and Ocean does. I think one child having a Dad that's a big part of their life and one child that doesn't have one at all is going to cause pain and confusion. I'm saying this as a mom of 4 grown children who had a similar situation.

The double edged sword of being a single mom is not having that person to consult with. My son is going to be 15 this year & im really struggling with him. He's changing & seemingly wants nothing to do with me. There's so much distance between us that was never there. So along with this experience being a 1st to me, & trying to manage our relationship. There isn't a grown man, that loves him as much as I do, who's been there before, & can give advice & be of support to him.
I've always said, the hardest part of being a single parent, is the parenting part. But I do believe that woman are superhuman & our will is unmatched. We pull strength from a place of non-existence. So I know we'll get thru it

Ya but even when you’re married you fight over what you want for your kids too. Here is the PROBLEM…… PICK the right parent for your kids people. You can have perfect relationship as a couple but it doesn’t mean you have the same thoughts on being parents. I was a single mom after 12 years of marriage with a 7 month old and a 5 year old. We raised our children together NEVER had issues. We showed up to for everything. No one at school knew we were apart because we had the same family views

I cannot afford to monetarily support every content creator!!! I am on a tight budget and what's left over every month is the little bit that I have to treat myself with. I don't want to spend that little bit of money on patreon. So many creators that I'm subbed to make at least

I thought 🧐 Ariana forwarded it to herself (from Tom’s phone to Ariana’s phone) and then showed Sheena
She forwarded to herself so Tom couldn't delete it & continue gaslighting her, and to Rachel to confront her about the affair, and within minutes sent everything over to her lawyers, explained everything that was happening, and showed evidence that it was now deleted from her phone, because she KNEW Rachel was going to try something shady like this.
It was to protect herself.
She clearly didn't know at the time that Rachel *might* not have known she was being recorded, for all she knew, Rachel could have recorded it herself & sent it to him.
Ari isn't stupid. They have no case against her.
Hence, why the incredibly poorly written filing uses words like "supposedly" in regards to every accusation against her about this.
Because they have no proof she didn't immediately delete the video, before she ever even called Rachel.
And, no, Schea has repeatedly stated she has never seen the video, no one but the 3 of them did, and Ari only glanced at it & immediately understood what it was.
She wasn't sitting there watching the whole gross video of her partner cheating on her, most people wouldn't.
Good for Lala. Men have been deciding the dad doesnt need to be involved and bailing on their kids for millenia. If a woman decides she doesnt want a man involved for herself no one should be mad about it.
