I think Simone is great and her accomplishments are great, but I think her style isn’t my personal favorite to watch. I really loved Nastia and Gabby, this Olympics I actually preferred to watch the Brazilian girl, and Suni Lee. It’s all style and presentation and personal perception. Doesn’t take away from her being great!

Question: why is it that only American gymnasts have such disproportionate thighs, shoulders and arms compared to other gymnasts from other countries (Romanian, Chinese, Bulgarian, etc.)? It is much easier to win by eliminating the most feared opponents (Russians and Belarusians).
