Nice review, it helps a lot thanks. Just got mine today. Loved it, Like the simplicity ofbthe watch. It took me a while to unlock the screwdown maybe its sitting as a deadstock. Got a nice deal. 😊
That Blue Flieger Chronograph is definitely my favorite Citizen watch, check out my review of it, it is definitely the best Eco-Drive watch in my opinon for the price.
Thanks for watching and commenting. The disc is the diving bezel where you can time events up to 60 mins with it. By aligning it on the minute hands, you can time any event for up to 60 mins.
I cannot find this model on Citizens website. I reached out to them but they could not find the model in their logs. Could you shed some light in this? I live in the USA.
That is the advantage here, as with the Solar quartz movement it will not need any battery change, as all the power is solar and the power reserve is almost 200 days.
Aha! You are both right and wrong. It's a Quartz movement, with a battery, that is charged by a capacitor that is charged by light, any light, it is supposed to last about 20 years.

Glad you enjoyed it, wear the watch is great health. It is one of the watches that holds up a lifetime of wear 😁

Did you end up keeping it? Is there another review after the week?
Yes, I kept it for a while, then I got the blue one instead. Yes, I made review videos for both as well.
beautiful! I apologize, what is this disc, and when you make it go right, do you charge the watch?

This should be in their current Promaster line. Maybe in the US they have different product number.
@@AbdulRWatches yea its definitely not in the US market. But it is currently in the UK market?
@@patricktierney8338 I found it on amazon, maybe try there. I think it should be available in the UK.
@@AbdulRWatches i am just worried it is not actually a citizen watch if i cant find it on their website
@@patricktierney8338 It is a real Citizen watch, it is in the Promaster line. So it might be an outdated model, or just discontinued.
I love green diver watches. But I will not buy any watch where I have to exchange the battery. You know my problems.

It's an eco-drive model, no battery required

Also, I'll buy that watch at the first opportunity I get to justify another watch to my wife.
@@VikCain what I meant was no battery change required
Oh wow I love that green bezel
Me as well, fantastic watch for the price. The green even looks better in person than pictures.
Alguém sabe me dizer porque tem alguns modelo deste q na pulseira tem marcações e outros nao
I think some where produced with the diving marking on the strap, and new models were sent with normal strap.
@@AbdulRWatches obrigado
👍🏽🙏🏽
What is the model of the watch on your wrist?
Citizen Eco-Drive CA7040-85L, best Flieger Chronograph under 200€
@@AbdulRWatches good morning , if I may ask , what strap does it have ? Thank you.
