At 10:44 when you dropped the washer onto the bushing, it take it the bushing was NOT seated. Thus it looks like when you were driving the seal down you were also driving the bushing and washer at the same time. Is that correct? My bushing is a tight fit right now. Someone said to put it in the freezer over night and another guy sanded the inside of his shock down just a bit. Thoughts?

I used to work in a Honda dealership 20 years ago and just remember for M6, M8 and M10 Bolts.

don't sand the bushing or inner fork. It should be tight. I am using the seal driver to knock the seal and bushing in at the same time.

8mm (6mm allen wrench is used for M8 screw)
