The worst part I find about these more accurate guys usually is that they haven’t actually read the comics. They watch RUclips videos or shorts or read a wiki and think that’s the bible. Real comic readers know that as long as your adaptation keeps the soul of the character, and even if you’re changing things up, as long as the thing that you have changed is better than the thing that you’re adapting, it’s all good. Nobody really complains about Harry and MJ being Peter’s best friends from high school instead of college. Duck, Harry wasn’t even that close with Peter even in college originally in the comics. Flash was. But adaptations change it and it makes it more streamlined and better so people don’t care. And that’s the way it should be. I just wished this game had maybe 2-3 more missions in the final act with just some stalker venom. I feel like that’s a really underrated aspect of villainous venom that as usual, only the 90s Spiderman show and spectacular Spider-Man nailed it

Just because he was hunting his uncle’s killer doesn’t mean he just stopped caring about a fear of heights. He literally says in the first game that he doesn’t get over that until he climbs to the top of the empire state building.
Even if not comic accurate. Your original video provided a very through and completely believable back story to peters progression as spider-man(even more realistic if i say so) since there are no comics with details about his origins it leaves much room for speculation which you did spectacularly
