Thanks man, I don't really have any tips for technique as I developed mine over time of playing different Metallica songs to make playing easier and get the sound I want. Songs like "the trooper", "blackened" and "fight Fire with fire" are ones I use to get my stamina back up though when I don't play for a while
You should watch some videos, explaining the technique of Steve Harris. There are some of them. Cliff played similar to him (like many other players like Frank Bello, Geddy etc.)
