Tax cuts on horizon despite recession | TVNZ Breakfast

New Zealand's GDP fell 0.1% last December following a 0.3% decrease just three months earlier putting the country into a recession.
Economists have warned now isn't the right time for tax cuts but Finance Minister Nicola Willis insists the Government will deliver on its promises.
