Good to see that the debt based economy has been highlighted.
The whole economy is debt based because the money itself is debt based. The US buys money from the Fed using bonds, backed by.... money from the Fed, let the circle jerk continue.

Very laid back when facing pay back for bad decisions, but then gambling with other peoples money does that.
The banks are being very transparent as to which developments they have pulled the funding on. They are colour coded blue being the colour of the preservative coating used on timber framing.
Offices are sus. People are on to office culture now, they know it is toxic.
They need to buy property all over Botony and build appartment 4 to 6 floors. There is a short of dwellings in area.
NZ is not short of land. No need to build higher than 2 storeys

Yep probably, given it's commercial loans it's likely to be denominated in a foreign currency
