I personally believe that Mapleshade would be dark cooking chocolate. The kind mistake for regular chocolate only to get a mouthful of bitterness. True evil.
I actually think Firestar should have been one of those caramel lollipops that don't have any actual taste instead of sweet that are still being eaten by people from nostalgia and being iconic
1:00 "Why don't they sell these anymore haha??" Okay, but like, the candy sticks are genuinely one of my favorite candies, and they only show up around Halloween, so I usually like to grab a couple bags full of the candy sticks. Heck, I have a bag of the ones I bought this Halloween sitting next to me right now. They aren't the most flavorful candies, but I think they taste pretty decent, and make for a nice sensory snack to chomp on whenever I just wanna bite something.
1:01 When I was younger I was never sure if candy sticks were actually candy because they tasted so strange. My siblings and I used to try to use them as chalk.
Clearly, you don't have the fond memory of getting a bunch of those mini boxes of smarties and taking them like shots with your friends. As a Canadian, they're my pride and joy
These are also sold in Australia and New Zealand, and I can confirm they’re better than American smarties! (I think they’re also sold in the UK but I’m not sure)
Every once in a while you mention goatlings and it reminds me of when you made that goatlings tutorial video and it got me interested and then I played goatlings non stop for several uninterrupted hours a day, every day, for months
Leafpool always reminded me of the bucket of candy floss that you could only get from an ice cream van for €4, squirrelflight is the pixie sticks that'd cost 50c from the same ice cream van (im from Ireland btw so ita based around that)
About halfway into this video I remembered that I’ve never read warrior cats and have no idea who these guys are. I think I just zoned out to new levels. Anyways, great video, keep it up
My take on Clear Sky is that he'd be "that one piece of candy with a razor blade in it that actually exist beyond an urban legend". IDK if it actually happened at some point, but if it did, that is what Clear Sky would be.
I thought Tallstar would be gummy worms cuz he was always called Wormkit, Wormpaw, Wormtail, Wormstar by Shrewclaw lol I also thought Firestar would be hot tamelas
Tree is a zooper dooper. He’s an icypole guy, but he still is generally categorised with the lollies even though nobody unironically thinks he should be under the same label. He’s just here because everyone can’t be bothered to put him with the deserts
Firestar is the plain chocolate bar. Spottedleaf is werthers original chewy caramels. I will take no questions at this time. Warriors as grooming equipment/techniques (just for you) Firestar is nail clippers Sandstorm is a de-matting rake Spottedleaf is a bandana Yellowfang is a #7 Special Haircut (because she's a persian cat with probably severely matted hair) Graystripe bites for the slicker brush Bluestar is a cat muzzle (the astronaut helmet kind) Tigerstar NEEDS a muzzle but you can't find one Bramblestar is the nail dremel Cloudtail is a bag of cut-up hot dogs in a baggie that the owner dropped off to be used as "training treats" but you know they'll DEFINITELY cause vicious diarrhea so you decide not to use them (literally someone did this to me last year) Brokenstar is shaving down the nose because you cant brush out the eye boogies Daisy is dawn dish soap (cause she seem oily) And finally, Squirrelflight is a metal comb because she's responsible.
I know this isn’t a talking video, but I think it would be really cool to see you dedicate a video to Tallstar. His book is one of the more well written ones, and his character along with his relationship with finding a home is interesting. Also for Jake, obviously.
"Least recently by someone who I am very confident is a human being" it took me a whole minute to realize was referring to the user 25RatsStackedInATrenchcoat but the joke is so good I'm not mad.
Those chocolate Smarties aren't exclusive to Canada, they're sold almost everywhere around the world and are the candy most people think of when you say 'Smarties'. Only the United States sell different Smarties. In this essay I...
Rock is one those choc asteroid things you get from the gift shop at a science centre that everyone calls “choca steroids”. The difference is that you found the packet behind the back seat of your twenty year old jeep
As an Australian, here’s a few of the ones I’d list!! Trying to focus solely on treats I’ve grown up with that afaik either originated here or are predominantly only found here (or in NZ) Firestar: Classic milk chocolate Freddo Frog. They’re probably the default lolly here you’ll see in most stores, an ol reliable. Greystripe: Freddo Pond. Literally just a cup of jelly (aka jello) with a Freddo stuck in it, a staple of children’s parties though they taste kinda bland after a few spoonfuls. Tigerstar I: Hedgehog slice. Tastes good for about 3 seconds and then becomes overwhelming, 10/10 would not eat again. Squirrelflight: Caramello Koala. Similar to Freddo’s but with more texture, tend to be found semi broken in the packet but they’re just as good despite that. Sandstorm: Banana flavoured Paddle Pop. Not actually a lolly, compliments chocolate well but is delicious on its own. Frecklewish: Chocolate freckles. Purely for the name, but also bc they can be divisive. Spottedleaf: Fairy bread. Only really looked at with nostalgia, not nearly as good as you remember from when you were a kid, but you’ll happily defend if someone mocks it. Yellowfang: Zooper dooper (all flavours). Also not actually a lolly, these suckers were the coolest things in the universe until they randomly removed the fun from the packets and made them blank and corporate. Haven’t hit the same after their nerf. Goldenflower: Crunchie bar. Idk she just reminds me of honeycomb chocolate :3
You forgot that MapleShade, RainFlower, and BrokenStar are all black licorice. ESPECILAY RainFlower, as she is the Whirlpool of the Warrior Cats world. (Whirlpool is a largely hated character from Wings of Fire if you dont get it)
Ashfur would be toxic waste candy for obvious reasons, and Ferncloud would be chocolate covered almonds.
i like the fact that my favorite character is the only candy i literally couldnt swallow because of how sour it was-
I wonder who would be Ferrero rocher
You’re right 😂
fr
1:59 that’s a lil sus..
I personally believe that Mapleshade would be dark cooking chocolate. The kind mistake for regular chocolate only to get a mouthful of bitterness. True evil.
you should do warriors as different 2000s collectibles. furbies, LPS, silly bandz, mood rings, etc
YES
LPSSSSS
Your brain is so big omg
FORREAL
Heck yeah LPS
Lightlap’s sprite just being Tigerheartstar’s with a bow was funnier than it should’ve been
I actually think Firestar should have been one of those caramel lollipops that don't have any actual taste instead of sweet that are still being eaten by people from nostalgia and being iconic
You mean the sugar daddies? (Hate that name)
Tree would be one of those weird healthy gummy worm packs that just taste like cleaning supplies
This is just as correct as the zooper-dooper Tree theory
Neither make sense but they are still yes
Mint chocolate fills the primal urge to eat toothpaste
Jay, Holly, Lion, and Dove. The power of chocolate.
"blackstar is clumps of sugar found in an old bag" stop why is this accurate
Sedgewhisker is exactly like the rare candy, which doubles as a revive when you run out of them during the elite four
LMAOOO
as a mothwing fan, i can confirm she would indeed be a gummy bear (round and squishy.. cmon)
As a fellow Mothwing fan, I can confirm that I agree
As another Mothwing fan, yes, she would be a massive gummy bear.
As yet another Mothwing fan, she would indeed.
as another long-time mothwing fan, i agree that she would be a large gummy bear
She also kinda gives off..cookie vibes. Something in the vanilla or caramel direction. No wait she is a warm caramel brownie. Idk
1:00 "Why don't they sell these anymore haha??"
Okay, but like, the candy sticks are genuinely one of my favorite candies, and they only show up around Halloween, so I usually like to grab a couple bags full of the candy sticks. ME TOO!!! The sensory thing is so real
IVE NEVER RELATED TO ANYTHING SO MUCH IN MY LIFE
I love candy sticks they're the candy ever and I must chew the edible chalk forever
Darkstripe keeps all his candy corn in his van.
LMAO
SQUIRRELFLIGHT BEING CHERRY FUN DIP IS SO REAL
I love how Lightleap is just Tigerheartstar with a bow at this point 🎀🎀🎀
I’m my opinion, crookedstar would be a jawbreaker :3
thank you moonkitti for teaching me about american candies
“Crookedstar is rock candy” 💀
Would not disagree but my poor child.
If you know you know
I know:c
I WAS GOING COMMENT ABOUT THAT LIKE COME ONNNN LMAO
missed opportunity to say jawbreakers
@@KZFathom OMG YESSS
WAS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO MENTION THIS!!!
firestar being butterscotch is perfect. Considering he *is* colored like butterscotch
Starclan: Butterscotch alone can save our clan.
Bluestar: What's that?
Starclan: Okay bye see you soon or never maybe
4:39 as a swedish person, i can confirm that I have...
NEVER eaten that candy.
1:01 When I was younger I was never sure if candy sticks were actually candy because they tasted so strange. My siblings and I used to try to use them as chalk.
This just makes me think of when you drop a candy on the ground it gets all hairy & crap- thx a lot man
noooo 💀💀💀
Clearly, you don't have the fond memory of getting a bunch of those mini boxes of smarties and taking them like shots with your friends.
As a Canadian, they're my pride and joy
Jayfeather as salted chocolate is perfect
2:52 As a Canadian, there’s nothing wrong with smarties! They make you smart and are not comparable to M&M’s
Smarties are nasty
These are also sold in Australia and New Zealand, and I can confirm they’re better than American smarties! (I think they’re also sold in the UK but I’m not sure)
Smarties are also sold in the UK and I agree with you!
Smarties are good, however Rockets/American Smarties are trash.
as someone who is both french (they sell smarties in france too) and american, I am of the belief that both smarties are delicious
WARRIOR CATS AS.... CANDY
If M&Ms with stuff in the center (peanuts, pretzels) is candy, caramel popcorn is totally candy.
0:54
you are so real for this
you have my respect and prob the other darkstripe fans respect too
also i love candy corn so this was convenient

Firestar should have been the hard caramel candy
This
Firestar should have been Gummy Worms or Citrus Peanuts
@@kimstmariejones6596 that would work too!
NOT CROOKED STAR BEING ROCK CANDY
😭
Wait. Whistle candy? Wtf why haven't I heard of this?
Because they're pretty rare, but they taste good and are fun.
A more common variant you may have seen is Melody Pops
2:34 oh so that’s what those are called! I’ve had them before but I’ve never found out the name for them so I’ve just called them Church Candy
I thought of firestar as like...smarties....that seems like a perfectly basic candy
DIESEL??? He is great. Good job for mentioning this man.
CrookedStar is one of those hollow Chocolate rabbits in the gold foil people like to crush in their hand while still in the store
Fun fact, "Strawberry Drops" are actually called "Strawberry Bon Bons".
I thought Firestar was gonna be hot tamales hahahah.
Love that Squilf is cherry fundip
About halfway into this video I remembered that I’ve never read warrior cats and have no idea who these guys are. I think I just zoned out to new levels. Anyways, great video, keep it up

My take on Clear Sky is that he'd be "that one piece of candy with a razor blade in it that actually exist beyond an urban legend". IDK if it actually happened at some point, but if it did, that is what Clear Sky would be.
It is a crime that you didn’t make a medicine cat a lifesaver.
They really do match each cat so perfectly
I feel so validated by your defense of both lightleap and almond joys in the same breath, it is appreciated
I looked up “warriors peppermint MAP call” because I wanted to see if anything changed bc I’m in it idk- and this came up. A moonkitti video came hp
“bubble tape” i almost died
Just an idea, but Drizzle the cat from Dawn Of The Clans and River Star's Home might be a cool Mini Talk idea.
I actually got scared when Finch light popped up, like.. the eyes bro
Barley would be one of those cookies & cream twix bars
I thought Tallstar would be gummy worms cuz he was always called Wormkit, Wormpaw, Wormtail, Wormstar by Shrewclaw lol
I also thought Firestar would be hot tamelas
You DID NOT NEED TO THROW BLACKSTAR SO MUCH SHADE 😂😂😂
NOO SMARTIES ARE GOOD THO
You should do insects, Mapleshade would definitely be a praying mantis
As a Canadian I’m offended you called our smarties gross
Goldenflower would be honeycomb chocolate.
When you mention Diesel...”No wait you actually know that one!” “can we be friends?”❤😂
I agree that bluestar is sour patch kids, because she can be sweet or sour.

Blackstar is clumps of old sugar from a bag
2:26 No wonder why I don’t like Tigerheart….. I don’t like caramel popcorn!

I Like how you made LightLeap just TigerHeart’s i spoil sprite with a bow
Firestar is the plain chocolate bar. Spottedleaf is werthers original chewy caramels. I will take no questions at this time.
Warriors as grooming equipment/techniques (just for you)
Firestar is nail clippers
Sandstorm is a de-matting rake
Spottedleaf is a bandana
Yellowfang is a #7 Special Haircut (because she's a persian cat with probably severely matted hair)
Graystripe bites for the slicker brush
Bluestar is a cat muzzle (the astronaut helmet kind)
Tigerstar NEEDS a muzzle but you can't find one
Bramblestar is the nail dremel
Cloudtail is a bag of cut-up hot dogs in a baggie that the owner dropped off to be used as "training treats" but you know they'll DEFINITELY cause vicious diarrhea so you decide not to use them (literally someone did this to me last year)
Brokenstar is shaving down the nose because you cant brush out the eye boogies

Alright where is the battle dome?
I refuse to acknowledge Almond Joy as a good candy and I will fight to the death on that point.
Sleekwhisker being my all time favorite character and also being a bad candy is something im happy about :>
