348th TC BN Change of Command

This weekend Lt. Col. Mark Peckham relinquished duties as the commander of the 348th Transportation Battalion located in North Houston, Texas, to Lt. Col. Frank Jackson during a change of command ceremony held at Northwest Houston Armed Forces Reserve Center.
Col. Dixon Brockbank, commander of the 90th Sustainment Command (Little Rock, Ar), presided over the ceremony, accepting the colors from Peckham as he relinquished command and handing them to Jackson, symbolizing the transfer of authority.
