14hrs office work అంటే ఆఫీసు కు రావటానికి వెళ్ళటానికి బెంగళూరు traffic 🚦 jam లో ఒక 4 hrs అంటే మనిషి 24hrs లో 18hrs పోతే ఇక నిద్ర 6hrs మరీ మిగితా పనులు వాడి అయ్య బాబులు వచ్చి చేస్తారా 😡😡😡 ఇంకొకడేమో వారానికి 70 గంటలు అంటాడు 😡😡
మేము కూడా సింగరేణి లో మూడు shifts పని చేసాము. Labour law prakaram shift కి eight hours . ఇలాంటివి కోర్టు కి వెళితే చెల్లవు. తుగ్లక్ పనులు అంటారు వీటిని
మనకి ఉన్నవి నాలుగు దిక్కులు ఒకటి వచ్చేది రెండవది పోయేది ఒకటి అభివృద్ధి చెందేది రెండవది నశించి పోయేది వచ్చేది ఉత్తరము పోయేది దక్షిణము అభివృద్ధి చెందిన తూర్పు నశించి పోయేసి పడమర వీటిని వీటిని గుర్తించవలసిన అవసరం ఉంది 24 గంటలను నాలుగు భాగాలుగా విభజించిన ఒక వ్యక్తి పని చేయాల్సిన సమయం కేవలం 6 గంటలు మాత్రమే మిగిలిన 18 గంటలు ప్రకృతితో గడపాలి ఇది విశ్వ నియమావళి

I feel, working 12 hours a day is not a problem provided the employers give good salary, good working conditions like food court at work places. I myself worked for more than 12 hours a day for 30+ years that too on oil rigs which is outside. As there are many traffic problems to commute in Benguluru, I think, this is best solution. If this 12-14 hours a day confined to IT industry and call centres, why the state govt is responsible? You may question the state government only if they insist their government employees to work for 12 hours a day. Countries like Israel and Japan people work for 12 hours a day.
