Brother, you are the best, straight to the point... Made me subscribe, this is how it should be done without all that unnecessary mubo jumbo, thanks brother.....
Hey thanks a lot for the video. I have a quick quesiton: Who would I enter these settings if I have two Cisco C2600 Routers with on Fa0/0 each with Sa0/0 connections. Thanks in advance..
Great video, Leon. The info was very useful and well presented. The only problem is that the audio for your voice over was quite distorted. You may want to check your gain settings, or settings within OBS. I'd also recommend using XLR for any mic inputs as opposed to line in. Thanks for the video. Subscribed!
Ok 2 things, and ill preface this with, i know him personally. Hes more than capable of audio work. So please stop trying to make him into what you think he should be. He is an individual and more than capable of learning what he needs to know as far as content creation. Also one other thing, he is older than he looks. Also he does this networking stuff for a living.
This was a great video it work perfectly.....but quick question....I had the same router configured for SSH connection and when going through the steps it broke my ssh connection when getting to the NAT section....after consoling back into the router I completed the steps for NAT and the internet came up fine for the router and the new subnet....But I can no longer SSH from my main PC to this newly configured router..... Any thoughts..?
Do you always need an "isp outer" between cisco and ISP.. Or is it possible to use the cisco router as an ISP router? I have fiber directly from my ISP dropping of inside my home... Should I be able to put a cisco router directly on that?
You say crossover because you are router to router but didnt you take your cable from a switch? wouldnt switch to router just be a straight thru? Thanks
hello I'm trying to do the same thing here at my house but i was told tha i need to call my ISP provider because i am ano able to get out of the IPS route to the internet . did you have to call your your ISP prio to this video?
Hello Leon, thanks for the great video. I've been wondering how to connect my Spectrum Router (ISP) to my Cisco SG350 switch. The switch is for a small business entity and will be the primary switch for the site. I have a static IP issued from the ISP to establish stability. The SG350 is managed / 3-layer so we should be good establishing a solid base for the infrastructure. After this I am totally green so I need some assistance. How can I communicate with you to get this going? Thanks in advance.
thanks Leon however I have a question what did you to do come with the ip address 10.0.2.1 on fa0/1 because i get confused is that just an ip address come up with ?
Yes basically he made the 10.0.2.0 Network a separate network. He made this separation to easily see that network if for inside the isp. His inside network so to speak
Hey bro can you do a multiple router CLI configuration? Like a compare and contrast of both configuration to troubleshoot. I'm studying for my CCNA right now
I have a cisco router 881-K9 Been working on it for a few day's lol.... gotten local ip's to be assigned to my dedicated server as 0.2 with the gateway 0.1 however the server only has local network, no internet access, the router it self does :/
