Ha I didnt see you had this video posted when I asked the question about chains earlier! Love the vids! Keep up the good work! Nice setup you have there! I just sub'd also!
That was interesting. I've never used chains pushing snow with R14 tires. Now, I don't have hills really, maybe just some slight inclines. When I had a subcompact I had to be realistic about how big of a bite I'd take, but never really had problems with traction with the R-14 tires. I did always have ballast on the back though. Same with my larger compact tractor so far this year. Have had good traction without chains. Interesting video, bummer you didn't get the 360 footage. I've had the same issue as well before. Now I always make sure it's in 360 mode, not single camera.
I learned my lesson with the camera. It never had trouble with light and fluffy snow. We get such a mix of ice, snow and water that the traction was really bad.
Nice video, amazing how that wet snow packs in, and makes it had to push. I have never had luck with chains, usually spin off or I am constantly adjusting them. I understand how you feel with the camera setup, that is frustrating!

I really wish my other camera was on for that video. I put chains on that night, and now I don’t want to take them off to try to re-do it.
