    Suspension is amazing.

I built a homemade eboard a couple years back that had no suspension and very low ground clearance. That made the board difficult and unpleasent to use (although it was fun and powerful as hell).
this hunter board looks like it would be the best of both worlds. Good design!

Look at the “honest hunter board review” on RUclips. And, they have the worst customer service ever. I’ve been waiting for the board I paid for since May, and the CEO stopped returning my emails. Worst company ever.

How about some BIG wheels. like ones that require air. Perhaps 8-10 inches or so in diameter. (nm, just made it to that point in the video. I had some foresight)
Thinking in terms of things like the beach.
My main question is when bigger wheels come out, can those be added to these same trucks, or would that require wider trucks?
And how much will the new wheels cost.

This one have already bad battery, with bigger wheels it will be even worse

USD$3,000?! Price of a used 🚙 . Looks cool, I guess not everyone can afford it. Too many moving parts can cause more issues down the line

would never buy such thing but $2000 for a CNC machined block of hi-grade aluminium plus all the electronics and hardware is quite competitive

    • @knoopx
      @knoopx Год назад

many boards at that price range that cost 1/2, 1/3 of the manufacturing/material cost of this one

You can’t charge the board without removing the battery 🤦‍♂️

Hey Nemo! The next boards we’re shipping already come with a charging port 💪. We didn’t add one before to improve the water resistance of the board but that’s no longer an issue :)

I’ve bought a lot of electric boards but this has been the worse one so far. I’m from the UK, and had nothing but issues with snapped suspension arms, remote not connecting, threads on the rods not holdings the allen bolts in (causing injuries) etc. which was all admitted as faults by Hunter. The boards spent more time broken than it has fixed. The worse thing about it all though is the customer service. Think I’ve sent them an email every week and they relpy probably once every 4 months, baring in mind the boards still under warranty is a disgrace!!. So frustrating. Never again. Would not recommend to anyone. Can’t even sell my board for 75% less than I paid for it!!

Unfortunately, my experience has not be the greatest. I do have to warn customers that even though the board looks great, after placing an order almost a year and a half ago, I have never received It. With tens of emails of communication with Hunterbord team, my order has been cancelled as the boards are simply not sent to the clients. I would probably go for an alternative board out there at this point unless you want to wait for two years until you get yours.

Ecomobl is a solid choice, got several different styles of boards, or can go Revel boards with their AWD bundle. Both options are priced pretty good.

Propel has same type of suspension on their boards, though i recommend getting a second hand one if you don't have the paitence to wait a couple months.
i absolutely love mine, i have a Endeavor1 Pro which i got for 1440€ second hand. the pro version has a 1000wh battery and a carbon fiber deck, while the s version has like 600wh and a wooden deck. the range on the pro is insane, easily past 50km per charge. top speed is 50kmh, but i believe the motors are way more capable since they just refuse to get hot XD
i highly recommend checking out a review or two, so you get a better look of it in action.
only downside for me is the turning radius, since it takes a lot of space to turn with it. otherwise i'd say its perfect (for me atleast)
dunno why i wrote a whole mf essay here, but oh well XD
