Harumi losing their parents??? Why that was one of darkest scenes ever, also Garmadon saying “I have no son” and the almost kill Lloyd was heartbreaking

She forgot a crucial detail, Garmadon requested that the Ninja try to get the devourer in 1 place. So that way he wouldn't miss the weak spot. If the ninja did do nothing she would probably be dead.
I think one of the darkest scenes was the second episode in season nine when they were taken by the hunters in dead’s end. When Kai sees the thrown and it was the bones of the ultra dragon from season two.
If you think about it, the Anacondrai being forced to eat each other until Pythor is the last man (or snake?) standing was very appropriate considering their motto. *only one can remain*
That wasn't the Anacondrai's motto though, that was Chen's motto. The Anacondrai were honorable, which makes their apparent desperation in turning to cannibalism even worse.

Something I find dark is Season 7. Specifically the idea that Krux (Is it Krux or Acronix?) was stuck in time for FOUR DECADES. I don’t remember if it mentioned him being FROZEN in time but if it was then that’s just dark and maybe sad. I also find the plot in Season 9 dark. The fact that the Dragon Hunters used to abuse the dragons for their powers, imprison them for entertainment or ATE THEM makes me scared.
i dont think acronix(the young one) was stuck in time. they both entered the time portal, kruxs came out after a small time(maybe a few days) and spent his life preparing, while acronix came out at the monastery with wu in the present. it was time travel, neither was stuck anywhere(maybe kruxs since he spent those decades alone)
personally I don't think the lava actually got to Morro. Everything was still pretty intact so I believe he just suffocated down there FROM the smoke which is pretty ironic because we was the master of WIND.
I remember how scared I was when I first saw the episode with Borg and Overlord, I always though he did something so hurtfull to him and now, after rewatching Ninjago, I was having a weird feeling that he maybe cut his arm or... take some of his organs and he replaced them with something mechanical, and he did all that while Borg was lying here, awake and screaming god I hate myself for thinking about this episode because it's still making me feel so bad
A kid's show! A kid's show!? We go and fight violent battles... Where people *die!!!* How is any of that kid friendly? *phew* That being said, excellent video. -Jay
I recently rewatched the show, and one scene in particular that stands out to me being very dark is at the beginning of season 6, when Clouse wishes to be human again, he's literally screaming and writhing on the floor because of how painful the transformation is, which Nadakhan made him go through so he would "Wish it all away" which is essentially wishing for death. So yeah. Totally a kids show 😃
There's also the fact that Cole died in season 5. They say he just "turned into a ghost" because it's a kid's show, but he was still killed by Yang in the temple.
This is one of the reasons I love ninjago. It's not afraid to take dark turns. It makes the show that more interesting because you don't know what will happen next
Cyrus Borg is one of my favourite characters from Ninjago I hope he will never be focused on as Borgs character is now in a good spot, he helps the Ninja alot but he doesnt seem like their lives depend on his inventions and sometimes his technology doesnt succeed (ex.: The pill in S3 finale) He is smart but he isnt "i am going to fix all problems" smart He has minor roles that feel natural S3 - introduced S5 - gives Ninja vehicles S7 - is kidnapped and forced to build the Iron doom S8 - mentioned, has an artifact stolen from him S10 - Running away from the Oni S12 - Gives Ninja information about Prime empire He isnt overused nor forgoten (Not used when he could help)

4:10 Bruh when I watched that I was little and I think I got PTSD from that 😅. I could just feel Cyrus’s pain in his screams. He was like straight up Mutilating him 😖.
Something interesting is that Cyrus's left arm after he was transform into a cyborg looks metallic. I think his arm was replaced with a robotic arm because before that his left hand look normal, but after that in all flowing appearances his left hand looks black, like if he was using a glove so it couldn't be seen that he actually has a robotic arm.

Another slightly creepy thing is how Morro Possesed Lloyd. That's pretty dark and on it's way to actual paranormal activity.
I just realised how dark that actually was.
personally I don't think the lava actually got to Morro. Everything was still pretty intact so I believe he just suffocated down there FROM the smoke which is pretty ironic because we was the master of WIND.
I remember how scared I was when I first saw the episode with Borg and Overlord, I always though he did something so hurtfull to him and now, after rewatching Ninjago, I was having a weird feeling that he maybe cut his arm or... take some of his organs and he
replaced them with something mechanical, and he did all that while Borg was lying here, awake and screaming
god I hate myself for thinking about this episode because it's still making me feel so bad
A kid's show! A kid's show!? We go and fight violent battles... Where people *die!!!* How is any of that kid friendly? *phew* That being said, excellent video.

Wu's Ninja -Shared Account-
This reminds me of that one line in hunted when he mentioned kids in the audience in the arena
That is true. Thank you for supporting my opinion, Jay.
this is jay doing is stress screaming of all the bad things
I read all that in Coles voice at first h e l p ×.×
@@mint7442 Yep I hope they do more 4th wall breaks!
Being a ghost is a fate worse than death.
damn i didnt realize that one scene with wu and misako
But didn't wu could use his elemental dragon ?
@@zsqda they hadnt thought of elemental dragons yet. Since season 2 was the original end, elemental dragons weren't even an idea back then
@@SomeoneWhoExistsHereOnEarth BAHHHHHHH *he already knew how to make a dragon*
@@amoguschad5952 Yes, but again, elemental dragons weren't thought of yet. So when Misako and Wu jumped, Wu didn't use his elemental dragon.
This is one of the reasons I love ninjago. It's not afraid to take dark turns. It makes the show that more interesting because you don't know what will happen next
Cyrus Borg is one of my favourite characters from Ninjago
I hope he will never be focused on as Borgs character is now in a good spot, he helps the Ninja alot but he doesnt seem like their lives depend on his inventions and sometimes his technology doesnt succeed (ex.: The pill in S3 finale)
He is smart but he isnt "i am going to fix all problems" smart
He has minor roles that feel natural
S3 - introduced
S5 - gives Ninja vehicles
S7 - is kidnapped and forced to build the Iron doom
S8 - mentioned, has an artifact stolen from him
S10 - Running away from the Oni
S12 - Gives Ninja information about Prime empire
He isnt overused nor forgoten (Not used when he could help)
I agree but in s3 his pill was gonna succeed in theory but pythor intervened. Nah but yeah I get what you mean and it ended up failing
3:06 when u think about it pythor looks kind of creepy
Yeah the animation makes the scenes so dark

DO I HAVE PERMISSION TO KILL HARUMI? BY ALL MEANS, IF I GET A YES, I WILL WASTE NO TIME IN DOING SO

@@AkireraStraberri3 lol
Misako was cheating on garmadon for wu
The whole Harumi and Lloyd thing, along with Garmadon almost killing Lloyd were pretty dark. Probably way darker than the Morro death imho.
I noticed how dark the last one on the list was I was like Dang That’s Dark
04:01 could you have chosen *any* worse frame to put in this video! The machine looks like it’s slowly decapitating him with Borg’s shadow and the door crack resembling him bleeding out. Seriously, is this Game of Thrones?
The ultra dragon skull throne
It may be a kids show, but it's definitely steering to the PG rating
It already has a PG rating on netfilx
it is rated pg for violence
@@SpinjitzuMaster62 well then, PG-13
I think Ninjago is something for every age.

4:10 Bruh when I watched that I was little and I think I got PTSD from that 😅. I could just feel Cyrus’s pain in his screams. He was like straight up Mutilating him 😖.
Yeah, when I was rewatching that scene a few weeks ago, and I'm 14, right, I was actually kinda scared
You forgot to mention about the ultra dragon being killed in the oni and dragons realm by dragon hunters only to have their remains used for his throne.
That's why I HATE IRON BARON! WHY??!!?!??!?!
there are some theories debunking that :)
@@nw_llaxe9260 really? But in the fandom wiki on the ultra dragon it says “deceased”, also it was confirmed that iron barons throne is made out of their bones which is very dark imo..
I guess I did say theories 😭😭✋
I think Harumi and Aspheera are villans that are guided by their emotions.
I feel like I’m the only one who doesn’t hate aspheera and season 11
11 still isn’t my favourite and there is room for improvement but it’s still a good season, especially the ice chapter
