Such stories make me stronger, because they remind me that im not the only one who has had a very bad past, i even understand that its hard to find a person that can really understand me esp. men, but im glad God makes people like us stronger than anyone would expect
This was so eye opening to me , the anger issues i have towards my boyfriends scare me ! . I can fully agree that i have childhood traumas of being raised by an angry dad.
Triggering and healing at the same time ❤what a powerhouse of a woman🥺💐 this was as insightful as it was relatable, bed wetting till an older age is a sign of trauma😓something I only learnt of later in life! Bless up sis Mathabo

I hear yall saying yall like the host because she doesnt interrupt her guests and allows them to talk but id like for her to be a bit responsive and reassure them that shes listening coz now its like shes a zombie the whole point of a conversation is for the parties to show that they are both involved by reacting by repeating phrases, hand gestures etc so yeah the guest is not doing a speech but having a conversation with you

But thats literally where her story started there's no point in her life where everything was smooth besides where she started being traumatised coz its been there from an early age she doesnt know anything about her childhood other than trauma thats why they started there
