It's my 2nd time listening to Busi's interview and every time I learn something new. I'm going through a lot now, with Section 129's left right and center. But I'm holding on to the dream. They may take away the cars and any other things, but I know these ate the last kicks of a dying horse. I will conquer, because all things become beautiful in the end..
Too bad .... The interviewer didnt get much of a "word" in. She has a very strong personality ,very self aware and was not able to answer questions very well however she has a lovely inspirational lifestory story
As a director of a company, you are not immune to losses incurred by a company, if certain conditions per the companies act are met. Therefore, creditors can still legally come after you in your personal capacity despite the fact that the debt is in the name of the company.
@@sphamandlastengile1430 As a director and a corporate lawyer, I agree, in terms of South African law we have the concept of a the corporate veil in our country. For so long as the veil isnt pierced in stances of fraud or the companies act and yoyu did not provide personal liability security, you will not be held liable. My statement was made for purposes of where you are not intending on doing fraudulent acts..
