Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.
Unfortunately most of the Planet Fitness that I've been to, and I'm a Black Card member, do not have a lateral raise machine and that should be a damn crime lol. I have to be honest however, I really don't feel a burn in my side delts with dumbbells the same way that I do with the lateral raise machine, I'm not sure why. When I use a genuine lateral raise machine, my side delts are sore the next day almost every time, and the side delts are one of the hardest muscles in the human body to make sore. With dumbbells, it feels like I did nothing at all, regardless of the weight, rep range, and what not.
The shoulder press machine I felt weak 😂 … I tried to lift it and was just wobbly the whole time I really need to stay consistent this video helps me realize that not all planet fitnesses are the same. The one brand new by my house doesn’t even have half the shit as the one 10 miles away
Hey, Alejandro! I’d say dumbbells and these exercises: Shoulder Presses Arnold Presses Front to Lateral Raises Rear Delt Flyes Shrugs 4x12 reps with medium weight for muscular endurance or 4x8 reps with heavy weight for muscle growth.
PF doesn’t have lat raise machine at any Knoxville TN location. They tell you to use dumbells. After 2 tendon reattachment surgeries, most Physical Therapists advise to avoid gripping dumbells if at all possible. They should remove this from their YT channel demo.
These videos are so helpful! Just what I have been looking for. Thanks for everything!
Hi, Ali! Thank you so much! This feedback is definitely great to here! I’ll produce more!

Ugh! - my location doesn't have the lateral machine. I wish we did!
Oh no! That’s okay, Romero! You can accomplish the same exercise with light dumbbells performing the same motion. I’ll cover it in a future video.

Mucho gracias
what are your top 5 shoulder workouts that you'll recommend? Either machine or dumbbells
Hey, Alejandro! I’d say dumbbells and these exercises:
Shoulder Presses
Arnold Presses
Front to Lateral Raises
Rear Delt Flyes
Shrugs
4x12 reps with medium weight for muscular endurance or 4x8 reps with heavy weight for muscle growth.
@@KevTheTrainerWould you say that the shoulder press machine is better than doing front lateral raises?

That's how sexy girls think, yes?
You go too fast instead of being relaxed and explain the contents instead you talk like someone is chasing you
