Does the whipped cream you use need to be refrigerated like normal heavy cream that’s whipped?
Yes, I always keep it refrigerated.
How deep are your pans and are they non-stick?
What happens when the boba straws when someone cuts a slice though?
The straws will be removed when cutting the cake.
Recently I’ve been experiencing cracks in my cake and sweating! I have no clue what’s going on!
If you take a cake from the freezer to room temperature, it's too big of a temperature change and makes the cake sweat.
