Eva, you're a whipped cream genius. I'd been looking for a tutorial like this EVERYWHERE for only God knows for how long. Majority of cakes here in India have only whipped cream frosting and RICH's is commonly available. But as much as it's advantageous in comparison to buttercream, I've been having trouble with it a lot lately. Most of the American cake tutorials have only to do with Buttercream. So I can already vouch for you - you're one of a kind. And this answered all of my questions. And stacking tutorials are godsend - I've had a major disaster this past week when a wedding cake I made collapsed five minutes into the ride despite using dowels in the lower tiers for support. I am still trying to figure out what went wrong, hope you can help me out.
Usually for a two tier or a three tier cakes I not only insert dowels on the base cakes but also insert one or two big dowels which connects all the cakes together. I hope this helps
I am so glad I found you. I don’t like buttercream icing, it’s too rich. I hope to find some and make a good cake. Thank you for sharing with us.
You are so patient with your tutorials, even though I'm new here but I have learnt alot today.
It makes me so happy to hear you found my videos helpful!🤗
I used all your tips and I must say the difference was great. I used diary whipped cream and my cupcakes were looking beautiful. Thank you so much for your tips. Now I am confident about making more whipped cream cakes. 😘 love from Ghana
Great job! So glad it was helpful!
Hi Eva you look young, but your work are tremendous 🤩

Powdered whipped cream are usually the most available where I am from. I'd love to see a video on how to use powdered whipped cream. Thanks 👍
Try using 1 to 1 ratio with either water or milk, it worked for me.

Hi Eva ! Lovely frosting ❤️
Would like to know if you stabilise your cream before you use them ?
Hi, currently stay in Switzerland and I don't get this brand here. However, I use Kent non dairy whipping cream powder..., by adding chilled milk or water as per the instructions in the cover. Then whipping it with the electric blender. It works very well for me.
Sorry ,Where I can buy it
Ahh, I have been looking for this!
Thank you.
I am using the same whipping cream (RICH) as you for my whipping cream...I am in Indonesia
Thank you for sharing! Im glad you have it there too!👏

Thank you so much for sharing!!! Your a blessing 😊
Thank you for watching! Glad you liked it!
Hi Eva I finally got the non-dairy whipped cream and suffice to say, my first attempt at using it was a disaster. I think I over whipped it because the cream was too thick to pipe so I thinned it like you said and then it was too soft and the flowers wouldn’t hold up. So I whipped it again and although not perfect, I did manage to get some flowers done. I kept at it for almost 4 hours (3 am I wasn’t giving up!!) and the end result looked ok. I really like the fact that it’s so stable unlike dairy cream and the flowers do look gorgeous, they have an ethereal look about them. I’ll keep practising and maybe one day I’ll be as good as you 😊
Yay! Im so proud of you! Just keep on practicing and you will get better everytime!
Eva Enns thank you so much Eva you have inspired me. I wish I could send you a picture of my first attempt. Far from perfect but it looked pretty. I’m chuffed!

When i use whipped cream in piping bag initially it holds its consistency. But later on it starts melting by heat of hands . It doesn’t help even if i am working in AC room. Any solution to my problem dear. Love from India.
Try to use a silicone piping bags mostly the heat from the hands doesn't get transferred. Also you can use a hand gloves so the heat getting transferred is minimal. If the cream melts because of the heat from the hands
I just made whipped cream for the first time on Thursday using Swerve confectioners, vanilla extract and a little cream if tarter to add to the stabilization of the cream. Ohmygoodness! I will never ever ever by store bought whipped cream again! It was so easyvand and quick! And I've already used it on my coffee and on top of the pumpkin cheesecake I made. I just found this video while looking for decorative ways to apply whipped cream to my desserts and coffee and duh! A cake decorating tube would be perfect! Also, you really explained well and showed thoroughly how to get the consistancy you want for different things. Thank you!

Hi! I'd really like to make flowers out of whipped cream for a cake. We sadly only have dairy whipped cream here and I wanted to ask if that would also work if I put whipped cream stiffener in it. You're videos are really nice and helpful! I hope you can help me too. :)
I believe it should work. As long as your cream is pretty stable you should be able to pipe some beautiful flowers.
Thank you for your efforts.
The consistency of the cream you whipped is to cover the cakes or the decorations you make like borders, flowers etc ? Or same consistency for both frosting and decorations?
Yes, pretty much the same consistency. It does take some practicing to get it right everytime.

Hi, amazing video. I have been looking for ways to stabilse whipped cream easily. Did not realise non dairy would be the answer ! What brand in the UK would you recommend please. Thanks
Hi, I'm from New Zealand and here I can only find heavy cream. We don't have whipping cream like the ones you use. Only can find ready use whipped cream that comes in cans. So how to make your frostings using heavy cream? Please explain. Thanks.
You need to stabilize your whipped cream with gelatin. There are tons of videos on how to make STABILIZED WHIPPED CREAM!
@@barbarabueno81 Thank you very much for your reply. :) Will try.
I’ve been watching a lot of your videos and so impressed how you can pipe and decorate with whipped cream. I tried with dairy heavy whipping cream but when I whip it to firm peak and start piping or even add gel food coloring, eventually the fat separates and the cream melts and becomes lumpy even though I chilled everything. If I don’t whip it to firm peak, whatever I pipe won’t hold its shape. Is it because you are using nondairy whipped cream? If I make a stabilized (dairy) whipped cream with gelatin, would that help in holding the shape and prevent the fat from separating?
Hey Paine! Did you get the answer why the fat separates? I face this issue everytime. How did you fix it? Thanks!
@@simranjeetkaur729 try to whip it until it’s a little thick and then hand whisk until it holds a soft peak. The trick is not to overwhip it.
I live in the SF Bay Area of California and at Smart & Final they carry Pastry Pride whip topping & ice filling.

Hi I love your work because you teach us home bakers about whipped cream! Also is the reason you use non dairy so it won't melt like regular whipped cream with diary?
Yes, that is right. Non dairy whipped cream is alot more stable.
Ohhh my God you're so young 💐💐and you are very beautiful God bless you l am new subsciber.
Thank you for sharing. I have a question: my whipped always gets soupy and is hard to manage. Do you add anything such as gelatin to make it stiff?
I don't add anything. Make sure you're using non dairy whipped cream and keep it as cold as possible when working with it.

The dairy whipped cream doesn't hold up as well. I use non dairy whipped cream because it is more stable.
Eva Enns I appreciate your reply I can imagine what a nightmare it must be trying to answer each and every question. Since coming across your video I’ve been on a relentless search for this product in Australia and I’m happy to report I’ve found it! Eureka!!!!!
It is not in the supermarkets unfortunately but the Rich products have a retail outlet in Sydney and they are only 20 minutes away from where I live so I feel like I hit the jackpot. They have several products that are non-dairy whipping cream but I also found some videos on YT that profile each one and I think it’s the Gold Label so I’m taking a trip there tomorrow and we will see how it goes from there. I’m excited to try this as I’m having difficulty with buttercream, the weather is so hot here, we are into summer so it’s not the best time of the year to do buttercream anything.
Thank you again Eva, you’re a gem 😊

Heavy whipped cream is no stable enough to decorate a cake. You will need to add something to stabilize it. Gelatin or a pudding mix are supposed to help. I have personally not tried it. Still on my to-do list.
