My first time on Tower of Terror, at the part where you get to the top and you can see the whole park through the window, the fireworks just went off!!! It was perfect timing and it was pretty funny how everyone was like oooo and then screamed in fear 1 second later.

Would l pay an extra $120 to not having to deal with the crowd and eat all of the snacks that I can consume? YES! I would feel like the last person on earth and I would love it! Will Disney do this for Epcot? I would do it!
I've been to a private after hours party at Disneyland. It was from 9pm to 2am. There were only 5K people in the entire park!! We got onto rides so fast it now has spoiled me. I even got a picture of Main Street empty! What a great night. My most memorable night at Disneyland ever!!
It’s something they do called “rag time”. On the ground is a Mickey Mouse head made from rags (they are custodians) and anytime someone steps inside of the Mickey, they clap and cheer until the person steps out! It’s great fun!
That's the way it was when my dad's company ( a central Florida phosphate company) he worked for rented the Magic Kingdom one evening just for their employees and their immediate family back in the 80's (I don't remember the exact year). It was awesome! Every ride was no waiting. You were able to just hop on any ride. I'll never forget that experience. The park was so empty it actually felt spooky. Best time ever at Disney World!

The video of riding the mine train during the fireworks was epic!!! Big Thunder at night is SO Magical! The low crowd rate reminded me of my Senior Night at Disneyland back in the 70's. So nostalgic!
I rode the mine train when the fireworks started and big one went off when we were going up the hill. It was the best possible way to end the trip. I can't wait to go back in 2020 when everything is done

The best thing in the world is when you ride thunder mountain over and over while firework shows are happening. The greatest thing is when your at the very top and the fireworks are happening 🤩💘
I just went to the After hours event for Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom: in Animal Kingdom we rode 1 time to It's Tough to be a bug, 6 times Expedition Everest, 5 times Flight of passage, 2 times dinosaur, and 2 times Navi river. At Magic Kingdom we went 5 times to Space Mountain, 5 times Seven Dwarfs, and 10 times Thunder Railroad Mountain.... It's crazy the amount of rides that you can ride. Totally worth it IMO

The fireworks were going off as we were riding Big Thunder Mountain and it was absolutely magical! Definitely one of my favourite memories from that trip! Love from Canada!
Mom and I are thinking about doing this, I think the free snacks alone are worth it! Especially with the passholder discount I think $89 is reasonable with the crowd level.

I went to three Disney After Hours private events in 2013, 2016 and 2018 in HK. Normally park closing was at 7:30 or 8pm. We could enter the park at 4 or 5, and could stay until 11. We went on 9 rides in 2013 and 2016, and 10 rides in 2018. Our dinner was spent at Corner Café. They had a special announcement acknowledging the guests after announcing that the park was closed for the general public after the fireworks (2013, 2016)/projection show (2018). Every time I heard the announcement I was in line, for Mystic Manor (2013), Space Mountain (2016, HK had a star wars spin off) and Pooh (2018) respectively.
I love empty parks! I agree, spending the day relaxing and then doing the park at night for after hours is the way to go. Makes me want to go rught now!

We have seen Wishes from Big Thunder before and it really awesome. We watched Hallowishes from Mine TRAIN. Very Romantic
My son and I also had that same experience...we called that one our Disney Moment! We always have one special Disney moment that we remember from each trip we take.
I’ve also seen Wishes from BTMR and just thinking of it now makes me tear up because of how sweet a moment it was and because of how much I miss Wishes :(
Yes, us coaster enthusiasts refer to them as head choppers. And when you get lifted out of your seat on a coaster, it’s called airtime. If your catapulted out of your seat it’s ejection airtime which enthusiasts live for. There is also floating airtime where you feel a floating sensation as if you’re not touching the track. LOL
That's amazing!!! Didn't even know Disney provided this, amazing idea and like the person you met it's ideal for those who struggle with crowds and anxiety. Thanks for sharing guys. X
Most families including mine when we were kids, were beyond exhausted and rarely made it to the fireworks. We NEVER made it on any rides after dark. When I got a bit older, I was able to attend an evening for hotels guests to stay longer, and just to witness the park at night was spectacular, being able to hear all the sounds and ambient music for the park and rides was amazing. The que music and lighting was just so different and it was how I like the parks the BEST! I also want to add that being able to have the park basically to yourself feels almost wrong, almost... teehee. Lastly to be able to roam the parks without the Florida sun, well that's a blessing. ;)

How funny what you discover each time you go. It's something new every time. Yes, Jenn, the Casey Jr. splash area has been there since the new Fantasyland, lol. My kids love that on a hot day....or even not hot, they don't care, lol.
We did this event this last September (did a discussion vlog on it) and we absolutely loved it. Will definitely pay for it again. Our tip is this: If you are doing a week long trip or so, don't include this day into your ticket plans (possibly). Just buy the after hours ticket for that night, and spend the day doing a resort day or Disney Springs. Then, you can ride everything that night. We have my wife in a wheel chair, and even with the transfer time for the rides, we still rode everything but 3 things, but we rode one thing twice and we stopped for snacks. Definitely worth it. Loved your coverage on it as well.
Summertime in Orlando/Disney world is miserable. Unless you went after sundown for a few hours here and there it would get old fast during the heat of the day.

We had an extra two magic hours in the park one night in November, and everyone else headed toward the mine train, leaving us and a small handful (by comparison) of people in Tomorrowland. We did Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor for my littler ones (nine and twelve, so they thought it was "cute"), rode Space Mountain TWICE, then got on the Astro Orbiter for our very first (and probably last) time. It was great to get to experience it, especially with a five-minute wait, and the views were spectacular against the night sky. But it's really not worth any more wait than that (the Orbiter, I mean). But we got to experience it, and that's what counted. Plus a front-row view of the fireworks made the night so magical.
I was on Big Thunder Mountain when the fireworks were going off and it was the coolest thing ever. It felt like I was in a Disney commercial. I loved it so much!!! I also just love Disney!!!
We spent the entire day at Magic Kingdom last week and it was honestly one of the greatest days of my life. I had so much fun with my kids-Disney is so expensive but so very worth it.
Best time to go, is in the pooring RAIN! Trust me on that! I just went and the whole day ,we walked on everything, and when it got to wet we saw Darth Vader, and Chewbacca!
Love Speedway! Every time I went on it, every chance I got, I tried to get behind the wheel! Even at like 7 years old, when my feet would not have been able to have reached the pedals of a normal car!
The fireworks looked so amazing while on the mine ride i was just trying to imagine myself on the ride looking at the fireworks and I got so happy I even got the chills lol

That footage of the fireworks from the mine train is quite simply the best footage from a Disney vlog that I have EVER seen ! ( And I watch a LOT of them, goodness knows) It was breathtaking. This takes me back to my childhood when my brother and I were pretty much King and Queen of the Park!!! We would run from ride to ride and just get right on or keep going on the same ride again and again. So cool!
Kendra Feaster when you arrive at Magic Kingdom, go to guest services and they will give you a birthday badge with your name on it. All the cast members will wish you a happy birthday as you walk round the park 😊

I've been to three of these in HKDL and there were only 7.5k-10k people in the whole park. The queues were 5, 10, 15 and 20.

Kendra Feaster when you arrive at Magic Kingdom, go to guest services and they will give you a birthday badge with your name on it. All the cast members will wish you a happy birthday as you walk round the park 😊

I went to an after hours event and there still was a 30 minute wait for Mine Train. I was disappointed... but I’m glad you guys had better luck.
I got to ride 13 times in a row
30 minutes is the best wait time you can get for mine train. Mine train gets up to 120+.

The fireworks were amazing during the ride! i'm pretty sure i'd just cry lol I cried when I saw Happily Ever After for the first time and heard the Pirates of The Caribbean part of it!
